I also worked on this machine at Trafford park, only for about the last 5 years up to closure in june 2003, after being completely shafted by those cunts at terex, lying bunch of bastards. I worked as a welder, then went into the paint shop. The machine was quality and I loved my time there, met some great guys. Best place I ever worked at by far.

That's a nice bit of kit it's condition is a real credit to you. I was wondering if you could give me a bit of advice about terex/fermec back hoes. I'm looking at buying a 2000 to 2005ish one for working around my yard, mainly loader work, and maybe the odd bit of contracting. How are they for general reliability, what to look out for and how how is parts back up for the earlier machines. Thanks in advance.
