    Excellent sir, what is the curved edge zig zag path seen (13:58)on the circuit board in this video? What is its purpose?

    • @HaseebElectronics

      that is PCB COIL INDCUTOR or PCB SPIRAL COIL. when in this Zig-Zag looking like snake is called Serpentine Coil. this technique is used to creat a small value indcutor coil without any core

    Hello can you make a video where you can show how to make dummy load for testing amp with osciliscope and explain how to do this. Much thanks brother

    I would be tempted to fit the new components in TR7 position and cut and link tracks, this way you remove the burnt section of the pcb from the circuit.
    Did you remove components from the TR7 position as it looked like they weren't fitted when you removed the dead chip but you populated them later. Confused from the UK 😊❤

    • @HaseebElectronics

      These components not installed in this model
      But while repairing, I added it to make the line beautiful 😂. Although it is useless. Because MCU will not deal with that component and surely there will no external item connected to that line. Moreover there were many good spare triacs in the scrapped circuit board
      So I added a useless component to filling the blank 😆😆

      @@HaseebElectronics well it does look better with no missing components needed or not 🙂

    Good repair. 11:00 Why did you add a triac on the unpopulated location? Will it be managed by the MCU? I would assume they have a different program running than on the donor board.

    • @HaseebElectronics

      actually, there is no need to install that TRIAC. although it is useless. MCU will not turn it ON.
      BUT to make it beautiful, i filled the gap. 😂 i was also thinking while installing. because there was spare parts in scrap board. so i DID IT 😂😂😂😂😂

    Adding the extra unused triac means next time you have spare parts on the board hehe! It seems like this boasrd has a design fault as the other was the same damaged triac.

    • @HaseebElectronics

      Actually a blank space was not looking good
      So that I filled the gap with a spare component. That was also in scrape board.
      So either that part is on a scrape board or this one
      It will same

    Nice, i wonder how did you know the "microkontroler-brains" was not gone also? I would think most sensitive part would be damaged also, due to many other components being well "done".

      this possiility is present. as i don't have the sensor kit and harness so i will ask end user to check it. if works fine then it is good. otherwise in case of MCU failure, no solution. they need to buy new one of secondhand

      The MCU is bad, the output for the triak is not working, but it is not completely dead you can change functions on the display but the mashines would not start.

    Dear Mohamet why so many triacs in washing machine, are in parallel?

    • @HaseebElectronics

      these are controlling different valves and solenoids to open water inlet. drain, door lock, etc
      each Triac is controlling its own path

There is some times aluminum foil is wounded and in some machines spring systems are used(like electric induction stove) . How its working and if it faculty. How can we repaire sir. Thank you.

    Sir, what is the big deal in isolated circuits? So does it mean isolated circuits don’t give electric shock because it’s isolated from live voltage. Please clarify

    • @HaseebElectronics

      yes. you are exactly right. isolated circuits are isolated from the line voltage using an isolation transformer which isolates the utility transformer is isolated
      while a non-isolated or unisolated circuit remains inline with utility lines, and it provides electric shock. it becomes more and more fatal when it is converted into dc voltage

      I have had this problem many times in Beko washing mashines, it is not repairable the MCU is damaged. It is caused by faulty ptc door switch.

  • @mondotv4216
    @mondotv4216 หลายเดือนก่อน

    It seems like a common fault on these boards given that you had another spare with a blown triac. Bad circuit design or bad physical design with the triacs getting too hot?

    • @kikopasinecki5110
      @kikopasinecki5110 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It is not bad design, it is caused by short circuit between live and neutral on the ptc door switch. The board is beyond repair, in this case MCU is damaged.
