It’s 20 years later and Creed is healthy, happy and kicking ass while all their former rivals are either dead, broken up, or washed up. Who would have ever guessed this? ❤❤❤❤
It is somewhat ironic, mostly in Scott's case. Creed coming back in name was likely always a possibility because of the name recognition and bandmates continuing together in Alter Bridge and such. I wouldn't have been too surprised if they eventually toured as Creed with a different singer, although it would be strange given how clear Scott's stamp is on the lyrics and vocals. I figured Full Circle was their last-ditch effort and they would never be back together after that. I'm super happy they proved me wrong, especially to the extent that it's because of Scott turning things around for the better. His solo stuff has been sounding good lately, as well.
I used to bag on creed HARD back in the day. It wasn’t until years later, after they broke up, that I accepted them for what they were. They weren’t trying to be a band like King Diamond or Stryper, they were being a band exactly for what they were…radio friendly rock with simple catchy riffs and hooks. When I looked beyond my judgement of them, I was blown away. Great band with great songs. I honestly wished for so long they’d get back together and one day I saw the news. I had to do a double take because i couldn’t believe it. Really happy to see them healthy and playing together again, they still sound fantastic!
We know Scott can’t hit as high of notes as he could 25 years ago when this came out but his vocals still are very good. He’s elevated his game significantly from when he was all screwed up. I hope they can continue on after this and make new music. The band sounds amazing
Agreed 100%. In his prime, he was unreal. I completely agree that he hasn't sounded this good since they toured for Weathered (the shows he wasn't messed up). :-)
There actually playing a tad lower I think to. Honestly, I think overall scott did a great job. It was just odd to me cause it seemed like stuff he shouldn't have trouble with he did, than other stuff that was way tougher he nailed.
This has always been my favorite Creed song hands down. 1000% why I started listening to them. Absolutely awesome. Total stroll down memory lane. 💩 I'm getting old
The extra guitarist adds so much more depth to the music and sounds amazing. Mark can definitely hold his own and sound great but I think it just helps him shine even more now.
His voice now, in comparison to 2009, is MILES ahead of what it used to be.. dude looks absolutely amazing and sounds great. All of the guy’s are in top form!
I have to cover this in our rock band and it's great to see I'm playing it 100% correct to what the man himself is playing. Mark is a beast to follow. Thank you for this video. 🤘🏼
Love them. I'm not very good but my dad was a good guitar player. He moved a few miles from where they make them in MD. He used to play in a band and knew some famous guys growing up in the uk. Treated himself to a beautiful (very expensive!) prs guitar a few years ago. He passed away a couple of years ago. Don't think I'll ever get rid of it.
You can get the standard Tremonti for like $900. The signature is like $4.5k but it won't sound very different in comparison to the $1k one. You can hear a huge difference between a $500 and $1k guitar, but a $1k to $5k is miniscule in sound difference and they look identical.
Scott sounds way better than 2009, good for him for putting in the work. Hope he can maintain and improve as the touring continues. I worry that he'll blow out his voice again
Well, it's official: Creed IS BACK, baby! I can't wait til September! I'm saving my voice box, just for that month! They always have been and always will be my favorite band. Period!
When I was 13-14 I wanted to be Mark Tremonti. My parents got me the guitar, let me take lessons, etc. Unfortunately I didn’t stick with it but I still love Creed and Tremonti. This one started it all.
4:21 after he says in my head, I always sing "in my head" again, as he did in that concert in 2009 (Houston-it's on TH-cam) i watched that so many times i memorized the songs the same way lol. ❤❤❤
Not an easy gig to do night after night as a Vocalist and Scott Stapp can and always will deliver the goods now better then ever. I know that when I saw him solo a few years ago at the Brooklyn Bowl in Vegas. His performance was amazing and his band also was killer. If you sing live without tracks on the main vocals it’s a challenge. Hats off to one of greats of our time Scott Stapp 🙏👍
Hope you upload saying something about the cruise travel. Mini documental, behind scenes, etc! Great job my man! You are in the CREED history for sure. We the fans really aprecciate it! 🤙🏽🔥
Just the videos😀. It was such a great time!!!!!! Was lucky to enough to meet the band out and about on the cruise. Cannot say enough about how nice they all are. There will be a Creed interview upcoming on the Power hour on AXS TV in the near future.
Really, really nice to one of my fave bands from back in the day performing live and in really top form. I just finished a seven hour drive back home to Athens from Destin and was listening to the 90s SXM station for most of the trip. Heard lots of Creed and Bush, and had assumed only a few hours back that Scott had still fallen off of the planet. The algorithm somehow figured that I needed this recommendation because I was feeling old, I guess. And to the few haters I've seen, $90 bucks is a effing value to see this band, even from the lawn. The last concert tickets I priced were Taylor Swift, out of curiosity, and those were more than 10x.
Have always hated myself for not giving this band a fair chance, back in the latter part of the '90's, and even in the earlier part of the '00's, too, prior to their initial split. It wasn't until after that initial split when I actually gave their album, My Own Prison, a listen and loved it. After that, I grabbed a copy of Human Clay and Weathered, and loved them as well. I was so pi**ed at myself after that, for being stuck in a particular genre of music, prior to that, and not giving other forms of music a fair chance. After they released their album, Full Circle, back in '09, which is a killer f**king album, I might add, I finally did get a chance to see them live, my one and only time of getting to see them, and it was a great d**n show, too!! Would really love to see them live again, and not just in videos, here on TH-cam 😁. Also, it would be awesome AF if this reunion brought about some new music from them, maybe even a whole new album!! 🙂👍
I remember not knowing who they were and a friend had an extra ticket to see them at the original Hard Rock Orlando old one way in beginning. Was blown away by the intensity especially w this song.
Does my heart good to see Creed and Fuel kicking ass again . Two questions though . Fuel Brett please ? All that’s missing is Virgos Merlot or Finger Eleven for this cruise show to be authentic 99
At the end of the day I hope they just get paid and have a good day. I you still listen to WJRR while living in Deltona, Florida, and listen to when this stuff started in the radio waves and it was great and fun
GREAT TO SEE THEM ALL BACK TOGETHER ON THE STAGE AGAIN HOPE IT CAN WORK AND THIS HAVE A HANDFUL OF YEARS OF A RUN EVEN IF THAT DON'T PUT OUT NEWS OR A FULL ALBUM I'LL TAKE ANYTHING WE CAN GET FROM THEIR 3 OR 4 ALBUMS WILL DO FOE ME 🎶💚🤟🏼❤️🎶

It's good to see him just miss a note here and there. Proves he's not lip synching
Agreed 100%. In his prime, he was unreal. I completely agree that he hasn't sounded this good since they toured for Weathered (the shows he wasn't messed up). :-)
They’ve tuned the guitars down so the key is in a better register for Scott, I still think it’s killer
There actually playing a tad lower I think to. Honestly, I think overall scott did a great job. It was just odd to me cause it seemed like stuff he shouldn't have trouble with he did, than other stuff that was way tougher he nailed.
@@adamkievit2427right....he sounds good still. I like the rawness of the live performance.
Have I made fun of Creed for 20+ years? Yes…
Do they look great and look like they’re having their best fun in 20+ years? YES!
Have you been converted into a fan?
@@Aenigmakil lol no. but zero disrespect.
I can only imagine the bands you like
Will never forget seeing this at Big Day Out in Milton Keynes. Didn’t know what to expect when they came on stage, then this kicked in. Amazing!!
This has always been my favorite Creed song hands down. 1000% why I started listening to them. Absolutely awesome. Total stroll down memory lane. 💩 I'm getting old

Eric is such a great friend of Mark's. He adds that extra layer. Glad to see/hear that he is not overdoing it.
His voice now, in comparison to 2009, is MILES ahead of what it used to be.. dude looks absolutely amazing and sounds great. All of the guy’s are in top form!
Haters can say what they want but, they cannot ever deny that Scott "is not fucking around up there".
Mark tremonti looks the same as 20 years ago. Dude is eternal.
I have to cover this in our rock band and it's great to see I'm playing it 100% correct to what the man himself is playing. Mark is a beast to follow. Thank you for this video. 🤘🏼
Best song they ever did, and they did many good ones.
I appreciate how serious Scott puts into his performance. The man is very passionate about his vocals and performance.
If not simply dramatic and contrived. Not feeling it
No backing track and thank God. Creed’s always gonna lead the example on keepin it real.
It's great to see Scott back in form and the band back together again.
Thanks for filming this for those of us that are not from 🇺🇸. Great to see this band smashing it again! 🤘🫡 from 🇬🇧
12 years ago on their last tour they wouldn’t even look at each other on stage. Now they can’t stop and I love it!
Dude you rule!! Best footage from the cruise! Thank you so much for the awesome footage!! Hope you had a blast!
Thank you!!! I had the Best Time!!! I’m rocking out as I’m videoing.
Hell yea!!!! Sounds just like the record
Mark’s signature PRS is so beautiful! Want one so bad
Love them. I'm not very good but my dad was a good guitar player.

The Tremonti is a killer guitar. Even the SE model. I had one and loved it!

Agreed 100
Props to Scott for doing this one. The chorus on the song is a killer!

I've got my front row tickets for November's show in Bossier!
SO glad they went down to concert pitch! Their music lends well to it, and it’s much better on Scott’s voice. 🤘🏻 He sounds way better. Love it.
Happy to see
Awesome!!
4:21 after he says in my head, I always sing "in my head" again, as he did in that concert in 2009 (Houston-it's on TH-cam) i watched that so many times i memorized the songs the same way lol. ❤❤❤

Very sacrificial to film and not absorb the moment. We appreciate your work.
Thanks. Promise you, I’m taking in the moment. I’m not watching the show through my camera.
Those aren’t high notes and he’s always had intonation problems.
The guitarist is a way better singer
@@wrexstrongo goofy comment.
The drums can't either
I haven't seen scott this together in a long time. Especially vocally.
So happines for this moment! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Wow, just wow!!! You can feel Scott's soul on this performance.
Sounds amazing
This was my favorite jam back in'97. Can't wait to see the m later this summer.
Your the best dude thank you for recording all of these bangers
Great song...one of my favorites! These guys are kicking ass!!
These guys looks better than they did 30 years ago...Gen X ages like Fine Wine!!
That was badass
Thanks so much for this amazing footage I will be front row for his New Jersey Return😎
Thank you!!!❤️. They are getting tighter every show
They look and sound great! 👍🏻

That kicks ass man . Awsome 🎸
I remember not knowing who they were and a friend had an extra ticket to see them at the original Hard Rock Orlando old one way in beginning. Was blown away by the intensity especially w this song.
Man i never heard this band before they are pretty good
I used to think Creed were posers but their music does have substance.
Nice! A song from the first album. Thank you.
Does my heart good to see Creed and Fuel kicking ass again . Two questions though . Fuel Brett please ? All that’s missing is Virgos Merlot or Finger Eleven for this cruise show to be authentic 99
Reminds me when i used to watch them for for a 5 or 10 dollar cover charge
Tremonti!!!!!!!!
yesss
Awesome
❤️🖤 INCREEDIBLE ❤️🖤
E Rock is a perfect fit as 2nd guitar.
This song Rocks Hard Viva Creed 😎🤘
Awesome!
Holy PRS Sponsorship Batman. I have a PRS single cut S2, with another on the way. Love them! I’m glad the mid-90s are coming back.
They're on a cruise 🚢? Thats crazy
❤❤❤
That thumbnail is something else 😭

Holy fuck!
in my day there was Caribbean Calypso music being played on cruise ships
Yessss! I’m just not used to seeing Scott Stap in skinny jeans…
Ahhh.
The all black attire plus the wallet chain sold me
Is that kick drum cover using the same graphic design language as their Full Circle album, OR is it hinting at something to come!?
Who the hell still listens to creed? I clicked 'cause I couldn't believe it.
Would love to hear a little touch of Alter Bridge in the new creed music. Especially on the heavier songs!
I love scott stapp..
Without M.T. this is not possible.
Did Mark Tremonti age at all??? His guitar looks sick 😲
