Since we were about to move out, we just had to live with it. Trying to pack and clean in the dark is AWFUL! We just kept saying why this week?? That happened among other things as well - it always seems to happen at the worst times.
Friendly reminder that eating well and exercising is great but focusing solely on losing weight rather than on making your body feel it's best is unhealthy. Losing weight isn't inherently good or bad. Make sure you stay mindful of how your body is feeling even if your main focus is on how your body looks. Ok thats all love ya!
