My M3i started to have a squeak around a 1000 miles. I found a cracked idler-tensioner pulley. Got the replacement part from Amazon for $25. Video made the repair super simple.
    Cheers!

I was in a pinch also with a cracked idler pulley wheel - I didnt want to wait for parts and i had various idler wheels from different brands/models - I found a Life fitness 95ce/re idler arm has an idler pulley that will work almost perfect!! Same bearing, so it mounts on with no modification, except the plastic outer wheel is 1" wide, need to sand it down to 3/4" wide (took about 5 min). It won't mount unless you sand it - too little clearance.
ALSO, THE LIFE PULLEY IS APPROX 1/8" SMALLER DIA - SO THE BELTS SHOULD MOUNT JUST A TAD EASIER BUT STILL HAVE VERY GOOD TENSION, and the wheels should not crack like the keiser ones, being under less tension. I consider this an improvement!! the belts are stretchy, and a worn belt is easily 2 inches longer than a new belt, so the slightly smaller diameter makes no difference in traction...(this was for my own personal m3, i wouldnt muck around with non-oem parts for a customer's unit unless i have proven it is a good fix first).

Great video for these two bearings, any chance we can get one for the crank bearings?
