This is exactly why I love to fly with KLM and via Amsterdam Schiphol airport: the quality of customer service and the general value for money.
How KLM treat their passengers in general really means a lot to me.
I also feel similarly about Amsterdam Schiphol airport both as a destination and as a hub.
