He said "that 20 percent of you we own is my tootsie's money" cause that was the name of one of his songs: Tootsie slide. He's Basically saying he made 20 percent of the person's worth, with only one track. If you didn't understand that then most of the song's bars probably went over your head.

I loved this one, Papi’s Home and I also kinda liked the track with Rick Ross and Lil Wayne. I liked how the beginning started, but everything just went down after that strong start. I’m a little disappointed, but there’s some decent tracks in this album for sure.
