@@FishHuntFreedom okay, listen to your own eyes over a guy who was a top recruit as an offensive lineman, buddy. Keep in mind, you are watching a highlight tape my guy. Did you watch all of his snaps like me or guys studying his film? Nobody who has agrees with you
@@FishHuntFreedom Here's one if you really care, Penn State o-lineman who had to retire just last year because of concussions scouting Boise for the Fiesta bowl: th-cam.com/video/InojsUxjQNg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-zPrZA9GrIE57w3G
Jeanty should be the #1 pick and a Heisman winner. The game doesn't appreciate a true blue rb. He's like Kamara mixed with Sanders. He will go down as a great
NFL tackling will be a good deal better than the Mountain West. His highlight reel reminds me of Rashad Penny from San Diego State who retired after six seasons.
He looks great against this this weak competition, but i worry he won't be able to match that kind of production against the speed and hard hitting in the nfl. Especially after seeing him fumble twice in his CFP game. Feels like a big risk to spend a lottery pick on him.
You probably would have said the same about Ladainian Tomlinson, or CJ2k, or DeAngelo Williams, or Kareem Hunt, or Matt Forte, or Marshall Faulk, or any of the countless NFL RBs that have come out of Boise in the last 15 years too. How'd he look vs. Oregon, vs. Washington last year, vs. a UNLV defense the last few years that mostly consists of SEC transfers. Lastly, before you criticize a guy for one 100 yard game, let's look at some games from the 3 most recent RBs selected in the top 10, who were running behind 4 and 5 start O-lineman: - Saquon Barkey: 21 carries, 44 yards vs. Ohio State, 20 carries 56 yards vs. Indiana, 14 carries 35 yards vs .Rutgers his final season at Penn State - Bijon Robinson: 21 carries, 57 yards vs. Alabama, 12 carries, 29 yards vs. TCU his final season at Texas - Leonard Fournette: 19 carries, 31 yards vs. Alabama his sophomore season, 17 carries, 35 yards his junior year vs. Alabama. Over his career, he had 59 carries, 145 yards, 1TD in three games vs. Alabama, averaging 2.5YPC and less than 50 yards per game.
He forced 19 missed tackles vs. Penn State on 33 touches, he forced 9 missed tackles vs. Oregon on his 25 carries. I don't have the numbers vs. UNLV, whose defense is basically just a bunch of SEC transfers, but in the conference championship game like 186 of his 209 yards were after contact. It's not just comp.
His o-line was hurt all year and trash. Don't wanna hear it from me, I'll give you a great take on it from a really good Penn State analyst, who played O-line for them and just had to retire early due to concussions: th-cam.com/video/InojsUxjQNg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=22jdvHAlJ7ffIyvs Basically any tape study you can find on TH-cam, the commentor, without fail, will make the comment "I was shocked how bad his o-line was"
@@colewarner4954 Those blue blood programs are not top competition either. They are mostly system players and all hype and less than half make it in the pros. The talented guys who put in the work are who make it nobody gives a rats about what school they went to.
Amazing! effortless lateral movement and center of gravity = RB1
That O line is top teir holy shit..
Cam is a better back give it time
His O-line was hurt all year and extremely mid, lol

Kid looks good. That Oline and the gigantic holes they were creating, looked even better
Go watch any film analysis of Jeanty on youtube, every one without fail will comment how shocked they were at how BAD Boise's o-line was

The heisman winner used to be the best player in football. Now it’s more about who your coach is and the hype around a sup par team.

The winner was elite at two different positions. Just a tough draw for Jeanty

Beat name ?

Nah he's a stud. Etienne - JT draft profile IMO, if not higher. Looking at him, he translates.

Naw he going to the cowboys
Steelers O-Line can’t even block for Najee what makes you think they can block for him
No cap
The next trench Richardson
Too slow..😅😅... THAT OLINE IS PHENOMENAL 😅
I want #65 on his line to come with him.
Steelers
Broncos dummy
Tbh I can’t tell if he’s really him or just poor af tackles

Gibbs looked way better
No wonder he has all these big ass holes to run through. He will be a bust in the NFL. He was playing against high schoolers in college.
Future Texan 👀
Nope he's a cowboy
nor needs him
Look at the level of his competition. And people hating becsue ye didn’t win the heisman 🤦🏾♂️
LT played even worse comp, how was he in the NFL?
