Disagree. This is to experience having magnificent art in your home. For me it's decor. Captions would ruin it. You may want to take an art history or appreciation class to help you identify the artists.
Yeah that's likely gonna cause some burn-in issues. You might check the specifications on your TX and see if it does pixel jittering, but IMO the frames should probably swap out size and position every few minutes.
