Also blocking where shower doors will hang as well as shower pans. Another good idea is blocking on each side of the windows for hanging heavy curtains later.

It's a fifteen minute drive to get to the VA Hospital and twenty to get downtown. I've been thinking about making this move for a couple of years. It's time to get on with it. I was going to move South but my entire life and family is here. I'll be an hour away from everyone but it's still close enough. My Brother is going to move with me. The house is one story with a basement,three stall attached garage,3 bed,two bath,it has two acres of land and a nice size pond. Hello Marcel, Denise and Gage. Great job getting things done. Might I suggest that when you insulate the house that you use rock wool insulation. We used it and all the critters hate it. They love to make nests with the insulation but not the rock wool. Also consider more outlets in your room. Our recent purchase has come with the challenge of just two plug ins for each room. Hello Denise, Marcel and Gage, framing and dry wall look really good guys, I like the high ceiling especially in the basement. The walk out and big windows you wouldn’t think it’s even a basement just looks like upstairs living. What has made the paint come off the floor in different spots. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
