We quite often hire a beach hut for the day, you can collect the keys from 10 o’clock until about 9 o’clock (just leave the keys in the box) at night ,Great value for money

Oh and it is “on the Wirral” as it’s a peninsula- 3 sides have water around it, so not quite an island. Very busy here in Hoylake right now as The Open golf championship is on here.

I thought asbestos when you showed those old beach huts, they used to have it on the garages roofs by my Nanas house that we played on top of eek.

Hello Neil 🙋‍♂️.
Was just looking in the area that you are in
at the property prices: Mumby, Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe and Saint Leonards and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable they
are for two beds and upwards !!
The site I was on also had all the “beach huts 🛖 🏖” listed as well - they go for; 20,000k up to 35,000k and a lot of them were “freehold”
I do like “Sutton on Sea” as potential retirement - with a “Beach hut” purchase in Mablethorpe !!
Looks 👀 a quiet clean area !!
