I exclusively play Smash Ultimate as the game to play versus other people but Rivals 2 is looking really good. Fleet and Clairen look like fun characters.

I tried rivals 1 but the online was dead apart from sweaty veterans or workshop spammers, no new blood. Multiverses is bad, nasb2 was mediocre. Combo devils looks kinda janky. Rivals 2 hype!!!
Okay, who else reads Fleet and Clairen as like on-again-off-again? Clairen's just too emotionally unavailable but Fleet's positivity stops her from accepting that Clairen isn't ready to change yet.
It's been confirmed that all non-crossover RoA characters will be returning to the roster in the future, so the other zoners (Elliana, Sylvanos, and Absa) will be returning sooner or later. I'm not sure about the workshop characters that got into the first game, but if they are returning, then we'll also have Mollo as a zoner

I love the visual feedback of the color changing to all white to denote intangibility, very appreciated game design.

the very first match i had in the first backer beta was against cakeassault lmao. i took one stock off of him across the two games we played xD
