I like the chuckle when you mentioned Aqua sun - I am an Aqua sun & Aqua rising Taurus 4th house with Saturn sitting real pretty in my 4th house. I am a great hostess with the food and the ambience but that is my ego, my inner child or my heart is very well protected so it's hard to let anyone in.
This is spot on .My father is a Taurus and my mother is a Capricorn .Both of them are very hard working and have provided me with security and stability in my life. On the down side, there was a real lack of emotional support .I have a Leo sun,Sag Rising and Scorpio moon. Thankfully my Capricorn Jupiter helps balance it all out.
I have the third and fourth houses in Taurus. Everything you said was very true and another way this played out for me was that I was VERY aware of my parent's values. They 'displayed' their values for me quite often and I was constantly weighing them, deciding on whether their values were something worth carrying forward...or something I would never, ever repeat in my own life. Unfortunately, MOST of their values were of the lower nature...mean, prejudice, selfish, abusive, etc.,...but that made it easier to find my own compass as it was usually opposite of theirs. My family mean the world to me, I love stability, and my house always looks wealthy inside even if I am living in a 900 dollar a month studio 🤣 My parents are very hard working.
