汆水:
紹興酒1湯匙
適量薑
做薑汁酒:
薑蓉1/2湯匙
紹興酒1/2湯匙
醃排骨:
薑汁酒1/2湯匙
蠔油1湯匙
生抽1/2湯匙
糖1/2茶匙
適量胡椒粉
粟粉1 1/2湯匙
糯米1杯(213克)
普通米3/4杯(160克)
熱水 1 1/4杯(300毫升)
米調味:
蠔油1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
糖1/4茶匙
鹽1/8茶匙
適量胡椒粉
Pork ribs w/ stick rice recipe:
1 lb(434g)pork ribs
Blanch w/ water:
1 Tbsp cooking wine
Some ginger
Make ginger wine:
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp cooking wine
Marinade pork ribs:
1/2 Tbsp ginger wine
1 Tbsp oyster sauces
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Some white pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup(213克)glutinous rice
3/4 cup(160克)regular rice
1 1/4 cups(300ml)hot water
Rice flavor:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Some white pepper

This is a good, basic dish. To make it more "complete", I would add the following: Chinese sausage (lap cheung); dried mushrooms; and assorted vegetables.

我有你醃排骨的.玻璃兜..可用這個來蒸埋飯.或是否太厚..是否冰鮮排骨不用出水或冰鮮效果不好
我用的排骨都是經過急凍, 處理方法跟我影片中做相同, 不要用玻璃兜太厚, 參考我影片排骨和糯米飯的厚度, 飯沒有蓋過排骨。
