I think you are underestimating the size of south of the equator, and overestimating the size north of the equator, especially with how fast armies can move nowadays
8:14 hey addiz this is just something I think u should know and this surprised me ALOT too, but Vietnam actually has the largest army in the world, at 5.2 million in total. So they’re not really well equipped, but with those numbers it dosent really matter so this is why I think the next empire video should be like Vietnam :)

I mean, the only "unrealistic" part I see it China prioritizing Mongolia&NK over Taiwan, that just doesn't compute at all, if you know anything about geopolitics in that region.
Since Taiwan is still technically the Republic of China, there is still technically a civil war status, I find it harder to believe they'll forgo the opportunity to end that status just to grab Mongolia or NK, which would've been easy for them to take over anyways.
Geo politics certainly play a massive role but if you think about the risk the Mongolia& NK would pose on the chineses borer conpared to Taiwan now if it was not in the risk stage you would be right but the risk is Massive to have you country invade and gorilla warfare in your own bores now china is a massive millitary power it could and most certanly go at both countries
