Maybe they watched YOUR build a doll room and used it for inspiration for the rooms. That's my take on it anyway. Your rooms are so well done they look store bought. I'm not into LOL dolls but those are pretty cool rooms. I would have loved having a toy like that for my dolls.

I got 2 LOL Surprise Fashion Show on the Go carriers and and both had the same doll: Merbaby. Still I wanted to know what it's like when I hook together the two playsets. I had fun playing with the Merbaby twins. I have the Queen Bee's boutique furniture set.
I think the cost is lower on the furniture playset because it uses a cardboard container instead of plastic so it cuts the cost a bit. The LOL ball containers and hairspray things probably bump up LOL prices by like $5. So they replace that use of plastic with furniture instead.
So late to the party, but wonder on the luggage if the left side can be removed entirely to use the entire thing for 1/6 scale dolls. Maybe not with the battery/electronics inside.
