I just wanted to give my two cents since other ignorant people on here are allowed. I’ve been following you for a long time as well and watch EVERY VIDEO you post & its because you do talk about regular everyday products and give a honest opinion and most of us are here for it. Other influencers post about expensive crap because they are making the money honey on us thank you & your welcome and trying to get up in our heads to sell over priced crap we don’t need . So I like your BBW dove and olay videos and I hope you don’t stop or change for anyone I hope they just keep moving on down the road if they don’t like it. Byeeeee! 😊😊😊
Agreed! Like, seriously. I don't get why people are so disrespectful to content creators. That one commenter was like "Olay and Dove, really? Boring!" and I'm here thinking "she is great; this is the content I'm looking for!" SMH. People really need to be watching their manners. 👀

I'm subscribed to Dr. Dray (board-certified dermatologist) on here and she recently did a video regarding antibacterial soap (her video was specifically targeting hand soap, but one could surmise that she was referring to the soap used anywhere on the skin). Apparently it is no more effective than regular soap, is significantly more drying to the skin and compromises the skin's barrier, and the active ingredient benzalkonium chloride contributes to the formation of superbugs (basically a strain of bacteria that is resistant to antibiotic treatment). I'm definitely not trying to make anybody throw away their stuff or be fearful or whatever, just sharing something I learned from a reputable source. Great video AS ALWAYS, Shaughnessy!
Dove brown sugar and coconut body scrub with unscented soap. That scrub stays on my skin and smells so good at night when I am going to bed.
Doves shea butter and vanilla is the bomb. I pair it with Olay’s shea lotion.
i got the bar soap of the chamomile and oat milk. i love it nice creamy soothing scent and your skin is soft afterwards

As someone with sensitive skin I appreciate Dove because I get nice scents but without any itching. I hated when I had to stop using Bath and Body Works. I also do not like floral scents. The new coconut is my favorite scent and I do like the moisture boost body cleanser. I also love the Aveeno coconut scented body wash.

Have you tried the Pistachio and Magnolia Dove body wash? It’s one of the best but very hard to find
That one is good we’ve used it in our house is it supposed to be creamy or is it more gel like. A few people said the formula might’ve been changed. Our household loves a thick creamy texture
Sheeeesh girl you put your foot in every video you make! My favorite Dove is the Renewing peony and rose oil and the Restoring coconut and cocoa butters.
Would you say the scent of the Peony & Rose Oil stays on your body?
@@muta_othernames I find that none of my body wash smells linger unfortunately and I use like all the brands u can think of. But maybe that’s cus I use scented body lotions that do last all day.
Both of those Dove scents smell divine. Peony and Rose oil, Restoring Coconut and Cocoa Butter smells good ...
Believe it or not and you probably heard me say this already fragrance free is where it's at, no matter what products I already have open even if the fragrance free item I'm using is brand new I manage to empty it 1st and go through my fragrance free items. I love them the oil the soap the body wash cream's just fragrance free is fantastic and you can layer whatever you want over it.

Same. I have used dove fragrance free bar soap for years. It just makes me feel clean. I even use fragrance free shampoo and conditioner. I miss the smell of traditional shampoo but my scalp feels a lot better and less dry. I am a believer in the fragrance free products too.
And i have to comment again! I found the Dove BL Age Embrace on clearance at my local CVS. Last one on the shelf and soooo glad I bought it! I agree with you sooo smooth and comforting on my skin. I’m so sad I can’t find it anymore :(

I always use the Antibacterial after flying...my husband used to get sick every time after flying...not anymore.

My least favorite Dove body wash is the Moisture one. It's too thick and smells off. Maybe I got a bad batch or something. Unfortunately, I bought 4 while couponing last summer. Worst mistake haha.

Thank you so much for all your honest reviews. I always look forward to seeing them. My ultimate favorite body washes are hands down olay, but dove is my second go to.
I thought I really loved the smell of the Dove shea butter and vanilla in the store, but when I used it at home, it left a sour odor on my skin that didn't wear off. The sad part was, I loved how rich and buttery and sudsy it applied in the shower, but the smell, ughhh it is so bad, I just cannot use it again. I switched back to my olay cocoa butter and coconut oil, but I think if I had to choose a Dove, it's the OG deep moisture. I can't bring myself to use the shea and vanilla Dove again 😩 what a waste...But I do recommend the cocoa butter exfoliating body scrub! I wish I could find a dove body wash that matches the exact same scent as the scrub.

I know this is Old but I definitely just perked up when you said “Same Dove DNA” I owned all the Doves I got rid of some and the few I kept I sniff and look off like this is familiar it’s the “DOVE” Scent! 😂
Ran across this…thank you for your honest review!! 🎉. I love the Blue Chamomile and Oat Milk and the Cocoa Butter and Coconut. I also love the Lavender one. I wasn’t too thrilled with the Aloe and Eucalyptus. I really wanted to love it but it was just “meh”. I think i was expecting more eucalyptus, stronger and giving nice fumes in the shower but i guess the aloe took over, i won’t be buying again.
Ive not tried my dove detox wash yet and need to soon I have its bars too. I love both dove anti bacterial bars and wash.

I appreciate you girl!💜oh and the Deep Moisture is a staple in my household, Cherry & Chia is making me enjoy Cherry scents more and the Mango & Almond was disappointing for me. The mango dove bar soap isnt the same as it was in 2009 (if a body wash was made then I didn't have it) I wish theyd put it back as it was then so bad Id love it if they would, I miss the pistachio dove bars too and the light blue night time dove bars.
I want to try the pistachio body wash and soap but I never find a nice one in the discount stores.
I loved ur review of the dove body washes. I have quite a few in my collection......They smell so pretty such as Purely Pampering, Glowing Rituals, Antibacterial and last but not least Refreashing which is my personal favorite. As always, thanks 4 sharing!
I really liked the Dove Pear bodywash but It is so hard to find, every now and then I will see it in the bar soap, Im bout to be over Dove I need to try Olay, I usually buy Dove, caress, Ivory and Suave
Last time I saw Dove Pear was as Family Dollar.

All the Dove body washes are moisturizing but they are weak on smell
Yeah. Some are? I need Dove body washes to be lil stronger in smell.
That lavender is tooo strong. I wish they would’ve toned it down with vanilla or something.
Hi! For the body love hyper reactive wash, and the eczema body wash - do these two lather well? I need some good unscented body washes but I don’t like washing with something that isn’t going to lather really good.
As someone with eczema, I think Olay has too much fragrance to be calming but I see that you disagree. I might give them try in the fall. I use Aveeno when I feel itchy and summer is my worst eczema season🥴.
Well, I don’t have full blown eczema just seasonal. If you have eczema I would suggest trying the eczema body wash from Olay first and see how you like it 🙂

Did you purchase the restoring coconut and cocoa butter one in the new packaging? I feel like it may be different from the old formula, more cocoa buttery. I used the old formula once fell in love, purchased the new formula and don't like it as much.
I got the one in the new bottle/ packaging. That one is definitely heavy on that cocoa butter. Which I don't mind. But I would love more coconut 🥥

Have you tried SoftSoap? They have are some of the most fragrant body washes I’ve ever used.
Yes, I have a few I like but they are not my favorite.
Cherry was hard for me to find also. I had to go to a Walmart in another city to find it

Are the bodywashes as moisturizing as the bar soaps? I've only used the cream beauty bar ever since my doctor recommended it for my eczema but want to switch to the bodywash that is just as moisturizing.
I think the body washes are very moisturizing.

Girl!!! Imma need you to stop buying those citrus scents. We don’t need you having break outs. Lol and I’m so glad I’m not the only one who hates the mango body wash. I love mango scents, but there’s something about that one that’s just off. I even tried the bar soap in that scent and didn’t like it either.
I’m not going to but anymore citrus body washes🤦🏾♀️ I just can’t get with the Dove Mango.

My favorite is The Dove Mango and Almond butter, Restoring Coconut and Cocoa Butter, The Dove Deep Moisture, ( a classic, can't go wrong with it) and the Antibacterial one from Dove is really good. Lot of the ones in this video is so good also. That Dove Shea Butter and Vanilla is just basic to me, a light scent nothing special.

To me it smells like a light sweet candy scent with the Dove DNA.

I would choose the Hyper Reactive body wash become there are other eczema body washes I prefer over the Dove one.

The new Dove Cherry scent, was a huge disappointment I've never been so disappointed in a body wash, I ordered 2 had my husband pick them up on his way home so I didn't get a chance to smell them...Very artificial non sweet light tart cherry scent😲 I loved the packaging but thats it

I haven’t noticed but, I haven’t bought any in a minute because I’m trying to use up the ones I have. I would subject trying Olay body washes. They are my favorite 🥰
You know what, I’m starting to think that…I used to loooove Dove but I think I’m starting to fall more in love with Olay now! It’s so moisturizing and smells great!
