I think he will win. He has the best voice. His audition was my favorite & the fact that I still remember it is impressive in itself. He sings & sounds differently from the other male contestants who all sing & sound alike in some way. As a Khmer American, his voice & style of singing best suits my preference. And also the fact that he is a returning contestant makes it even more interesting and INSPIRING because it sends a message to people to never lose hope & give up on their dreams. He did really well & I’m proud of him. What I also notice with him is that he always chooses the right songs to fit his voice which is extremely important. I know he will go far in this competition. I believe an “idol” has to have the complete package so looks will play somewhat of a role in this competition. To say it doesn’t is a lie in itself. For people who disagree and believe looks should not matter, might I remind you this show is called “Cambodian IDOL”…. not “The Voice Cambodia”. Although both are singing competitions, there is still a difference in expectations.
I think that it is not really at all because there have a lot of high candidates in this competition.
I have the same thoughts as you. As an Asian canadien , I think he definitely is a strong candidate and has a big potential to become
one of the best singer in Cambodia .
