Hi, Im wondering why do we skipped “company applicant”? I did mine but put the same information that I used for “beneficial owner” as “ company applicant”. Was it wrong to it.
Owners are Not US citizens so they will have to upload their passports and address from their countries right? not the us business address (on the beneficial ownership) ?
Hi Hector good video, I have a question, I have an LLC in Wyoming and I have to fill out my BOI report the problem is that my physical address of my LLC is the same as my registered agent, I have searched for information and in this video I check that this address should work, but the company that I have hired to create my LLC tell me that it will not work, Iam foreing person and dont have my own address on the USA, so If it doesnt work I know people that fix this with a virtual address, thanks Hector and maybe you can help me

I thought I read somewhere in the Q&A that the reporting company address cannot be a PO box. If not, which address should I use? The Secretary of State of each state must notify those who are registered with the state. I'm not sure if they will contact those 'not in good standing' who are delinquent in their filings. So if somebody is slightly behind the curve and filing last year's late, they may have no idea of this requirement.
Page 8 of the Corporate Transparency Act of 2019 states: "(D) STATE NOTIFICATION.-Each State in which a corporation or limited liability company is being formed shall notify each applicant of the requirements listed in subparagraphs (A) and (B)." re: congress.gov/116/bills/hr2513/BILLS-116hr2513rfs.pdf
Sir I want to close my llc permanently and I want to know (BOI) is mandatory for me before dissolving my llc. Sir please clear my doubt. My LLC is non resident llc in NH State and i am from India

I’m the owner filing my own report. Do I have to fill out the Company Applicant Information? Or move on to Beneficial Owner Information.

I looked at the form for online filing and don't know how to fill it out when the two beneficial owners of an LLC are themselves LLC's....?

I have a single member LLC. However, my wife is on the bank account for the LLC as a "signer" v/s member. Does that make her a beneficial owner ?
