These 2 Websites Didn't Deserve To Get Hit *content isn't king*

I don't think that content is king anymore, at least on Google. In this video, I quickly guide you through two websites that I don't think should have got hit by recent Google algorithm updates. Based on these websites' content, I expect them to thrive. Unfortunately, that's not the case....

Those are pure doorway sites, no conversions happening onsite. Sending people of to other websites and having no products,services, etc of your own, those days are over.

For now, yes, even though I don't think people like those "doorway" sites, they're usually packed with more in-depth and unbiased information. At least from what I've seen.

Google's algorithm is a bot. It doesn't technically know what good content is.
If there are two articles on meat loaf recipes, the bot hasn't sat down to prepare a meat loaf using the instructions in both articles
So it cannot know with certainty which article is more valuable.

Collateral damage is ugly, hopefully G will come to it's senses and get back to showing content that is actually helpful ... vs that Reddit and/or Quora junk or big authority sites which forces people to want to do all the things that G says they don't want you to do .. like write for the SERPS or build backlinks to "prove" authority .. but a DR 40 website should be good enough! Hopefully those sites are doing well here on TH-cam and can find other sources of traffic to keep building their brand and audience. Appreciate your insights!

Google is trying to fight spam and to them the best way to do it is to trust only super authority websites. I think that the rankings will come back again but we have to wait until Google sees that what they are doing is not helpful to their users.

Stuck in revenge is a term that means the Grugue uses back doors to rank but when the little guy die it they are shuned and the little guy gives up but all the while the guru is making the bucks and these people stuck in revenge tell you to even stop buying traffic
