    Dude, thank you thank you thank you so MUCH for your explanation. I've seen 5 different videos and this is the best one on how to make it.

    I was going to use a linseed oil, turps and a vinegar mix for the insides of the box, but never considered beeswax on its own. Might try that. Thanks for the information Mick.

    Nicely done. In sizing the piston block how much space did you leave before lining it with furniture felt. The felt did not look very thick so I imagine maybe allowing a millimeter or two give on each side before adding it.

      Hi Strahd,I left approx. 5mm around the piston, the felt was about 3-4mm thick. There is still some "play" around the piston which is fine. The amount of air that is still moved is more than enough.......then just line the box with plenty of beeswax...

    Its Fuigo, not Fuego. It means pair of bellows.
