Great place for a holiday. Cheap, spotlessly clean and the people are very friendly. I''ll be there for again in June for my 5th visit.

I have to agree it is a great place for a holiday, okay prices are a bit higher but you just have to shop around and the people are really friendly.

By far, the best channel on youtube specializing in Turkish coastline on Mediterannean and Aegean!

The old houses around Marmaris Castle date back to the Ottoman period. These houses were built in the 18th century and form an important part of the historical texture of Marmaris. Materials such as stone, adobe and wood were used in the construction of old houses. Most of the houses are two-storey and bear the characteristics of traditional Turkish architecture🧿🧿🧿

I do not think so that castle is dated back to 3000 B.C may be you mean 3000 B.B (before present time)

Maybe she was referring to the quote from Herodotus about the history of the castle dating back to 3,000 BC.

In case you weren’t aware please Google dogs and heat temperature. What you are doing to your dog is very dangerous. The heat in Marmaris is way above what a dog his size should be in and the pavements will be too hot for his paws and he will be in pain. I’m just a stranger on the internet I know but please Google and you will find a lot more info on this. The way he is panting was so sad to see. Heat stroke can be lethal within minutes to a dog 😢

Thank you for checking in on her well-being. We visited in spring when temperatures were much lower, plus we carted her around in her stroller mostly and she had plenty of water. I can assure you that the few moments of her panting on film were not representative of her entire day, nor did she showcase any signs of heatstroke. We’ve always consulted with her vet on her health, and they’ve advised us on what sort of conditions she can withstand given her breed and we listen to their advice. I appreciate your understanding and concern. Thank you for watching.

As with many videos. I just wish people would use the correct pronunciation of places

Her pronunciations are mostly correct. You cannot expect the speech of a native speaker.
