Some Cata TSG with the Wrath Crew! Ofc its not an S-Tier Comp and also vulnerable to alot of stuff, but it felt better than expected to play some TSG in Cata Classic Season 9.
Dark Simulacrum is baseline in Cataclysm, that means we don't have to trade other spells or utilities for it, like in some later retail expansions (meaning it will get rarely used).
Still super fun to yoink other classes best Spells with it :D
I have been playing alot of Unholy and Frost Dk (my favorite spec) over the past years and am currently playing Classic alot.

In later retail expacs DKs had to make trade offs, to pick Dark Sim Spell over other Spells, but in Cata it is Baseline (albeit with a longer CD and costing RP). Still super fun to yoink other classes best Spells with it :D

How is it into Warlock comps like Shadowcleave, MLS, RLS?

​@@frankstaffa419 Definitely some of the easier comps to face imo, if we compare versus other comps on the same mmr at least. But especially MLS and RLS will probly still find a way to win alot at higher mmr (like Glad + top 300 maybe), same for FLS, as soon as there is one of these classes involved like Feral, Ret or Mage and they do the right things it can get hard for TSG. Versus RLS we even have the best overall winrate so far, but as i said it will most likely change.

hmm, i use a pretty standard ui with just some weakauras for enemy CDs and procs/buffs
if you mean the party frame on left its in interface options raid style party frames in blizzard ui settings and then omnicd for party cds and losecontrol for party CCs
leatrix plus to move buffs debuffs this far

Hey man great video. 2 questions:
How important is snapshotting gargoyle with unholy frenzy as compared to a trinket proc/engi gloves?
And second, how often do u go blood presence when being trained? Not sure how to use blood presence as unholy dk, like when it’s worth.

Not super important compared to trinket proc snapshot. Its like 0,1 sec Garg cast time difference and max casts is capped at 18. You will end up at 1 more cast total or even same amount depending on your haste/garg position, as Unholy Frenzy does not scale well due to the cap. Some people say Garg does not snapshot at all with Unholy Frenzy in Classic, but thats not true, they probly just had too much haste already to notice. If you use Frenzy to break CC on healer, its def not a big deal for garg (for rune regen and ghoul it might matter more).
Not sure about Blood Presence, it can cost you alot of momentum just to die through it anyway. Started to use it a bit more often recently when i can't do much offensive anyway, while getting tunneled and destroyed without being able to live through healer cc/bomb. RMP would be such a matchup for example. Versus meele cleaves that won't leave your dick still need to test more if Blood Presence is worth it, as you also need counter pressure. Using Unholy Frenzy to Snapshot Garg is also way more worth if you should start in Blood Presence btw, as it gives u 0,3 sec cast time difference in this case and basically same amount of casts as in Unholy Presence again.

In general every comp that has one of the following specs in it: Fire Mage, Hunter, Ret, Feral. So that includes a lot of comps lol (Fire Mage Shatter/RMP, Warr/Ret or Ret/DK + Healer, Jungle, PHD, Kittycleave are some of the most popular examples of those). Its also not impossible, but ye its hard.. Tbh still more balanced than TSG in Wrath perma into the same TC and LSP lul
E: ah, and about the healer, ye not too sure about this comp without a pala, i tried it a bit with a shaman and it didnt feel too great, this comp in Cata without a blessing/ freedom and Bop/Bubble might be a bit fail
