I think she hasn't logged in in ages, hasn't told MSP that she's quit or got other things to do and so MSP can't take her badge away yet. If she was banned then she couldn't still have her badge...
This is most likely the world's most late reply but MSP tends to hide their mods from high score pages as they dont actually users interacting with mods after one of them groomed a minor

Btw roti how people hacked your accounts was with mod users and most of her mod accounts was hacked she isnt fired they locked them on purpose so they couldnt log on it anymore
