:D Com on now!!! Let every thing that hath breath, Praise the Lord! Could listen to that all day. You really praised Him on that sax. God bless and keep it up!!!
I play a Yamaha 82Z black lacquer alto with a no name mouthpiece I purchased on e-bay and plastic cover #2.5 reeds. As far as the sound goes, I listened to a lot of different players and experimented with many different set ups! To this day, I still experiment!!!
That was wonderful I would love you to hear the rest of it that ..fast version you were just stating .Amen amen..Thank you I loved your playin and friends playin too.God blessed you with talents.
My advice is: Listen, Listen, Listen! Play along with cds (or TH-cam videos) of the people you want to sound like. Don't stop til you achieve your goal!!! Please know, everyone gets frustrated during the process, but don't give up!!! To answer your second question, this was improvising on a really simple melody; pretty much all blues ans pentatonic scales.

You just are a killer player. I love the Sanborn sound/tone. Your altissimo is dead on perfectly controlled. Excellent!!!!

One word... Great!
Man, can you hit those Altissimo notes any harder bro? Keep it up!
Ok, that was a bit more than one word. LOL
where can i get the sheet music for it??
No, I'm a mediocre reader and a horrible writer. This is just good ole fashioned church improv!

You better stop misbehaving on that saxophone!!!
You were definitely preaching at 1:57-2:01
