  • The Wapping Assassin TV cameras are back in Ireland, we catch up with Sean Conway one of Irelands top Greyhound breeders, in part 1 we went behind the scenes with Jimmy Flint ex Boxer & Actor spending several days with Sean seeing the pups at 5 weeks old.
Now in part 2 we see the progress of the pups now 5 months old and see the younger generation getting involved with the dogs!
These greyhounds get the best of everything a great insight into the care and devotion Sean gives to his dogs…..it’s a real family business!

Sean you are an ambassador for the sport and you do Northern Ireland proud. It's not Ireland that produces the best greyhounds in the world, it is Ireland's trainers that do. You don't only protect our dogs, but our heritage is safe for one more generation while you are around.

So excited for both these litters. Lemming Boelyn was a serious chaser, mad for the hare, and the last Holdem Spy x Wont Fall Behind litter was incredible

Brilliant watch, shows the love, dedication, knowledge and stocksmanship of a great racing kennel. This is a video for the anti’s to watch.
You can’t hate or protest against something you know nothing about.
Good luck to the kennel and hope the young lads keep the sport going.

Well done Sean. Great balanced video. Good line about keeping the youngsters involved. This is the biggest risk, no youngsters coming through.

Greyhounds are meant to run like this, they love it. it baffles me when people say its cruel or barbaric. As long as the hounds are been cared for with health and injuries and respected and cared for when their careers ends, then I have no beef with it. Isnt like the are been made to run or whipped into it. Get a grip people

A very good watch, probably some of best conditions iv'e seen. Unfortunately too many litters too many dogs being euthanised, even this chap breeding excessive looking for the " freak" who will win them the glory the trainers seek.
The overbreeding has killed the sport. Bad reputations in Ireland and uk have seen most tracks close due to bad breeders/trainers.

Greyhounds are dogs all the same and can be pets if not athletes. Non trying/racing dogs can be sold for the like. Nothing wrong with breeding the way he does if you can look after them. Although more often than not owners run 2 or 3 dogs in the same race… even then probably wouldnt even pay the fees, greyhound racing is a luxurious sport for very very few people, this is a passion, not a hobby!
