The Star Strimmer, now redesigned and built in the UK, provides a fast, accurate, safer alternative to hand-held strimmers working round posts. It is particularly suitable for
racecourses, horse training establishments studfarms and orchards.
As the strimming head contacts a post it is allowed to rotate and lets the next head trim growth from the far side. The machine works particularly well on racecourses with long lengths of running rails, but it is equally impressive wherever the lowest rail is at least 30cm from the ground.
