unfortunately the same language problem exists in our country also. North indian people can write competetive exams in their mother tongue, hindi, but non-hindi people cannot. In most of the central govt jobs, if an indian does not know hindi, he will not get job. minimum typing speed to pass typing test is 40 wpm in english, but for hindi, it is 35 wpm. This is also partiality. some north indian people says hindi is our national language. they dont know there are 23 official languages in our country and there is no national language
