A Jedi Love Story... In the vast, star-spangled expanse of the galaxy, two souls intertwined in an unpredictable dance of love and passion. One, a young Jedi knight named Cal Kestis, tormented by his past, but resilient in his pursuit of justice. The other, Nightsister Merrin, a witch of Dathomir, shrouded in mystery and magic, but in her heart, a woman yearning for genuine connection. Their journeys converged on the dread-soaked planet of Dathomir, where they initially met as opponents. However, their destinies had a different tale to weave. Their connection had been immediate, electric, a raw undercurrent flowing beneath their every interaction, defying the constraints of their vastly different upbringings. Cal was struck by her fiery spirit, the way her emerald-green eyes sparkled with untamed magic, and the strength she possessed. It was different from the Force he wielded, something deep, rooted in the very essence of Dathomir, yet similar in the sense of responsibility it bore. He respected her, but his feelings quickly evolved into something more intense, something passionate. Similarly, Merrin was intrigued by Cal's profound nobility and gentle nature. His blue eyes, reminiscent of a calm sea after a storm, held a kindness she seldom encountered. Despite his Jedi training, he carried an unmasked empathy that bled into everything he did. She was drawn to him, inexplicably, like a moth to a flame. Their bond deepened over time, turning into a dance of stolen glances, lingering touches, and meaningful conversations under the star-drenched canopy of the galaxy. They found solace in each other, understanding in their shared traumas, and a blossoming desire that refused to be ignored. One evening, the warm glow of a nebula painting the deck of the Mantis in hues of red and orange, Cal approached Merrin. His heart pounded against his chest, a symphony of uncertainty and desire. He cupped her face, his touch as soft as the whispering winds of Dathomir. Their eyes met, a silent conversation transpiring before their lips finally found each other. The kiss was slow, passionate, their tongues dancing in a rhythm that was uniquely theirs. They poured their longing into that kiss, all their unspoken words, their shared trials and tribulations, their mutual respect. It was a promise, a pact sealed by the mingling of their breaths, their souls syncing in harmony. That night, their bodies entwined, they explored each other. They mapped out the unknown terrain with tender touches, igniting trails of fire on their skin. Cal worshipped her, reverently, lovingly. His lips traced her curves, her crevices, painting her body with his kisses. Merrin, under his touch, found an ecstasy she had never known. She surrendered to him, her body and soul vibrating under his touch, her heart pounding in a rhythm that mirrored his. And Merrin was just as generous. She cherished him, her fingers and lips paying homage to his scars, his strengths, and his vulnerabilities. They moved together, a dance as old as time itself, two bodies moving as one, reaching peaks of pleasure in each other's arms. It was a love not dictated by the rules of the Jedi or the traditions of the Nightsisters but by the pure, undiluted passion they had for each other. As the Mantis cruised through the cosmos, their love story unfolded in the most intimate corners of the ship, under the silent watch of a million stars. They found in each other a love that transcended boundaries, a connection that withstood the trials of their individual paths, and an intimacy that was as profound as it was passionate. Their love story, penned under the vast galaxy's canopy, was one of passion, mutual respect, and profound connection. It was a story that defied the norms, their love a beacon of light in the vast darkness of the universe.
I spent 3 years keeping this as one of my main 3 big theories and it came into reality. I’m not one to fanboy over couples and all that, but god damn was I ever full of joy to see Cal & Merrin fall in love. It's exciting to see how Merrin and Cal have matured in a few years, I believe it was natural part of life, and it was good to get them separated before Jedi Survivor because distance helps a lot to cool off and unstuck a relationship, it help them to explore and get new horizons and of course know new persons along the way, and when they reunited again........ The romance is great and such, but have I mentioned Cal is sort of dressed like Cale from Titan A.E.? Just change the color of his training shirt to red and maybe a new haircut
I know you probably did it to avoid getting smacked for copyright, but damn do some of those later scenes hit hard without any music - unless they already don't, in which case still.
Technically I think merrin has a little more hair in survivor or at least it more even but cere on the other hand looked like the frigging ancient one from the doctor strange movie
Haven't played Jedi Survivor, so can someone explain what's up with Bode? He uses the force, and keeps trying to kill Cal and Merrin. Why? They seemed like they would forgive him?
It was more both Cal and Merrin suffered at young age and had to make it on their own alone. They knew how hard it would be for Kata, they hope to spare her the pain... it's one of the reasons why Ceer told cal at the end, guide her through thr darkness.
Okay, but those were soldier attacking her friend/LI. Denvik was an old, defenseless moron, who thought himself smarter than he really was. That is the difference. Cal killed great many people, but i do not remember a single instance, when it was defenseless man/woman. That is the difference.
I don't think she was trying to stop Cal from killing him. It was more that she was noticing HOW he was doing it, losing himself to the dark side. Cal end up killing Denvik either way.
Killing a random empire general bad but killing thousands of stormtroopers is ok like yea there clones but there still technically people and killing the inquisitor completely fine like can the killing in rule in jedi order be actually clear
Spoiler Something I don’t understand is why bode gave cal a blaster if he meant to betray him from the start. It seems like arming your enemy is not a great idea.
Bode was a broken character, not an evil one. Ultimately, he didn’t want Cal dead. He tried his best to convince Cal to forget about the hidden path and make Tanarlorr a home for only him, his daughter, and the mantis crew. The idea of giving the planet to a bunch of strangers scared him.
@@gudgel5307 it just feels like he knew cal would find out one way or another. I can’t tell if he considered cal an actual friend or just manipulated him. The post game force echos make it seem like he was just using cal
@@alexs6746 It was evident in the force echoes that he was using him at first, but then he started caring for him as a brother. I think the reason he was pushing for Cal to engage in a romantic relationship with Merrin is so that Cal has the same feelings that he has towards Kata, someone that Cal will love unconditionally, making it where he gives up the hidden path entirely so that they are guaranteed no one else will double cross them and give Tanalorr to the empire. So at first, he was definitely using him, but he started to see Cal as a brother and didn't want to take him into the empire. That's at least what I gathered from the story and the force echoes.
@@joelmanning249 All the jedi in this time period are, cause they’re all realized how the jedi were wrong, kenobi, yoda, ahsoka, and eventually later Luke and Ezra.
@@ncard00 Exactly, the previous Jedi were too dogmatic, arrogant, and too detached from the people of the galaxy. The Jedi, especially Yoda preached about what fear leads to, and yet they were so afraid of the dark side that it rendered them unprepared when the Sith revealed themselves. Not only that but they allowed their fear and mistrust of Anakin to drive their decisions which drove him away from them and into Palpatine’s embrace. That’s what’s called a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Actually yes a Jedi, just not one of the republics lapdogs that ended up becoming their own downfall. But a true Jedi. One who is not a fanatic, but a dialectical materialist. Cal actually became a Tankie

Cal has become....BIG JEDI. SPREADING THE BOSS'S DREAM AND MAKING JEDI HEAVEN. Soon Blaster Ocelot will join the ranks as well Boba Miller, then Silence will arrive and finally....FORCE TALKER. MUAHAHAHAHAHA THE WORLD WILL FEAR AND RESPECT JEDI ONCE AGAIN.
I didn't know metal gear crossed over with starwars
Jedi shouldn't be feared but embrace others and guide them down a better path..They aren't fundamentally supposed to be feared
@Leon-mv1bn Big Jedi is acquiring nukes to protect Jedi Heaven from the Empire.
Cal… you killed a child…
GREAT WORK KESTIS! That right there is why you’re a Jedi Knight!
Do you like Trojan Horses?
The romance is great and such, but have I mentioned Cal is sort of dressed like Cale from Titan A.E.? Just change the color of his training shirt to red and maybe a new haircut
The nightsisters rock!
It really do be your own people who sell you out, thanks a bunch Bode.
4:58 aye what happened there bro 🤣
Those things turn slower than the Mako fr
I know you probably did it to avoid getting smacked for copyright, but damn do some of those later scenes hit hard without any music - unless they already don't, in which case still.
That Z-6 with the shield reminds me of the Chaingun shield mod from Doom Eternal.
ngl they're precious together
I really love her dathomir staff, she deserves to have a lightsaber too as her secondary weapon...... even if she turns her Kyber crystal red.......
Have a baby already XD
0:20 is it me or is it just really weird that every single sound effect is super bass boosted? Should a knife sound like a grenade?
4:24
Bro is S H O O K E T H
They really just took the two returning female characters and said "less hair"
Technically I think merrin has a little more hair in survivor or at least it more even but cere on the other hand looked like the frigging ancient one from the doctor strange movie
if Cals Blaster had Stun Cal and Merrin could of taken Bode Alive
Bode would never have given up. There was no other way for this to end, and Cal knew. That was why he finally shot him.
Bode was out of control. He’s too dangerous to be left alive.
The force will only guide Cal so far but a woman like Merrin will guide him forever. For God's sake Cal put a youngling inside her already ❤❤
????? What a stupid comment
merrin is such a bad bitch bro 😭
Merrin sounds almost exactly like Frea from the Skaal village in the Skyrim Dragonborn DLC.
Better than ben x rey😂😂😂😂
Haven't played Jedi Survivor, so can someone explain what's up with Bode? He uses the force, and keeps trying to kill Cal and Merrin. Why? They seemed like they would forgive him?
Just some dickhead that betrays you after being a cliche buddy along the way. Poor writing.
They would never forgive Bode after what he did. He was out of control. So Cal had to blast him because he's too dangerous to be alive.
It was more both Cal and Merrin suffered at young age and had to make it on their own alone. They knew how hard it would be for Kata, they hope to spare her the pain... it's one of the reasons why Ceer told cal at the end, guide her through thr darkness.
Between the end of Fallen Order and the beginning of Jedi Survivor how much time is suppose to have passed
5 years, but it’s less time since the Mantis crew were last together. Like 2 and a half years or something
i had so much joy watching griveous wipe out the witches but these two are cool
Imagine if merrin dies in the next game (if they make another game) that would be sad
Merrin: No, don't kill Denvik! 😭
Also Merrin: 0:13
Okay, but those were soldier attacking her friend/LI. Denvik was an old, defenseless moron, who thought himself smarter than he really was. That is the difference. Cal killed great many people, but i do not remember a single instance, when it was defenseless man/woman. That is the difference.
I don't think she was trying to stop Cal from killing him. It was more that she was noticing HOW he was doing it, losing himself to the dark side. Cal end up killing Denvik either way.
RIP Bode... You didn't do anything wrong and were vilified for no reason at all... :_(
They could of taken Bode Alive if Cals Blaster had a Stun setting
the man almost killed his own daughter out of rage I think he was far too gone
HERO GETS GIRL
Yessss
Killing a random empire general bad but killing thousands of stormtroopers is ok like yea there clones but there still technically people and killing the inquisitor completely fine like can the killing in rule in jedi order be actually clear
Storm troopers aren’t clones. But yeah that is strange.
Spoiler
Something I don’t understand is why bode gave cal a blaster if he meant to betray him from the start.
0:15 Lol though was monkey king that entered the scene
CalRizz
Cal doesn't seem like much of a Jedi anymore. Still seems like an alright guy, but not a Jedi
He isn’t. More a Grey Jedi follows his own code instead of the Jedi code to the letter
@@guccipucci3941 You think the Jedi order were neo-cons? Based? But even so I think Cal was much more of a pure light side user when he was a full member of the order. The Jedi order understood celebate spiritual fatherhood and that's a Christpill
was that the the end of the game or just the end of their scenes together?
Can you free roam with her post game?
only on jedha or certain locations I think
@@AFGuidesHD wait so she can't go everywhere with you?
@@thirdydelmundo7847 I don't think so, she's with you on coruscant also but not Koboh
Proves the Jedi there is no good or bad about being with someone and getting attached to them. It’s grey. And this romance proves that the Jedi are wrong.
As jolee bendo in kotor said love won't damn you it'll save yoy
Why cant a guy ride normal with leg on each side and that Kata kid or whatever came very quickly to her senses after they killed her father in front of her🤷🏻♂️

Where tf is cere I’ve played fallen order but not survivor
Poor bd1
i'm glad they didn't make Cal gay
Thank God for that. Wouldn't be able to stomach this man if he was.
@@rebelfighter5249Well that was insanely bigoted
@@rebelfighter5249 Sounds like you have a weak stomach.
@@AlabasterTen lol, triggered much? It's the truth. 😂
@@rebelfighter5249 And it’s also the truth that what you said was homophobic

Sorry, people can teleport now?
Nightsisters were teleporting as far back as in clone wars 2011 bro “now” is just cause you aren’t paying attention. It’s also an ability in the SWtoR games and novels. Check out the decade old entry on force teleportation :)
@Gucci Pucci What do I want? I don't want anything. The Star Wars I know just didn't have teleporting witches lol.
well SW basically has everything these days
@@IrishRepoMan the Star Wars back then was very limited. But the galaxy is massive & many new things have come out even BEFORE Disney took over
Don't get me wrong shes not bad but does anyone else get the feeling most of what she does is remind you constantly how considerably less cool you are than she is. She can do all this force magic it feels like why am I even here again?
Still really great game and story.
Yea but then again we got a lightsaber and lightsaber>alien magic stuff
@@thekratosmeatrider If they gave her a lightsaber I bet she'd use it better than you too lol
@@blacksheepwall79 Eh idk abt that
