As an Ixia main, I don't recommend using the Dragon Spear as the passive allows you to gain movement speed when using an Ulti. Unfortunately, Ixia's ulti is a stand still so basically that item is merely useless to her. Same goes for Haas Claws. Lifesteal doesn't work on Ixia so she won't benefit from using the item.
