Hi Ron, that module really looks good! I remember that skit that Johnny Carson did about E F Hutton. Very funny! Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff
Hi Mark, Ai this point I am thinking that I possibly will not be using the figures supplied in the kit. I might use two of the 1/64th scale figures that Gabe made. I'm not good at painting figures and I'm afraid they're gonna just end up looking like a bunch of clowns. 🤡
that torpedo tube fitting was probably an order of construction: Bottom, tube, bulkhead in stead of bottom, bulkhead, tube. but a lá, you did it and it looks great now 👍😀 Nice snow btw 🌨❄
Ron’ you’ve done a great job on the compartment, I’m using clamps on small weasel kit over night as the fit is not good.but that’s moderlling😂did not video as it took to long. Well happy modelling 😊catch you tomorrow.
Re: *"weasel kit"* Hi Paul, I can't help but wonder how many of those so-called amphibious vehicles are presently laying on the bottom of rivers lakes and oceans because the water came in over the top I recall reading that The US army developed a way to put canvas sides up around I believe the Sherman tank so that it would be amphibious honestly what were they thinking! First big wave, and it becomes a submarine! 😒
Hey Ron, I was going to suggest using a rubber band, But being the wise man you are, You thought of it. Great Looking Model so far Ron. See you tomorrow
Ron, Carol and I made your Christmas Cake last year and it was delicious! And yes we still watch together every evening. It’s like spending time with a dear friend. I’m the one who painted the little picture of your submarine. Merry Christmas from Rhode Island
Hi Ed and Carol, I feel really embarrassed for not remembering. but it's coming back to me now. I'll get this straightened out in episode 2194 tomorrow. 2193 is in the process of being uploaded onto TH-cam now so I can't correct my mistake. Anyway, Maxim was over today and he was telling me he didn't like it. Haha. You'll see that in today's episode. Anyway, I thought it was good --- you thought it was good. Yeah, I guess the main thing is I like it right! Thanks for commenting in reminding me. We'll see you later. 👍
As a guy that has to tarp his load I can vouch for the windy day yesterday, I may need Max’s heavy jacket lol. Great video Ron. A difficult fitment but it came together in the end. Looks great. Take care n see you next episode.
Hi Ron, an advertisement like that that you want to retell usually doesn't come across as funny as you remember it in your memory... hahahaha. In the Netherlands in the 1990s there was an insurance company that won the competition for the best advertisement every year. It's unbelievable how they managed to make original and, above all, hilarious commercials again and again. Now that I'm writing this message I'm secretly laughing again. Those "fellas" who are clearing snow at Max's house... is that a company? Greetings from "snowfree" Holland
Great episode, as always, Ron. Yes, I remember the Johnny Carson E.F. Hutton parody...very funny! Great progress on the model. See you tomorrow!👍🙂
Johnny did occasionally have some very funny skits. Thanks for watching and commenting again Brian! 👍

@@roncalverleyNow there's a thought: How many clowns can you fit in a U-Boat?
