👍What Yuri Reddy submitted is genuine case. Due to fear and helplessness he kept mum as revealed from the documents he possessed also reveals the truth. No ordinary person with poor strength is not expected to fight with mighty person when he influences everything including the Police System and then Govts. The fact that he didn't encash the the DD or cheque till now given by Ramoji by threatening him supports his innocence and his anguish against what happened to him by Ramoji who illegally diverted his shares under gun point and transferred the same shares in favour of his daughter-in-law. Because he got opportunity at present scenario Yuri Reddy now came forward with his complaint to CID of APGovt.
Yuri Reddy father is a traitor. He fled to Czech republic. If his father is a shareholder of margadarshi then they have to approach NCLT or corporate affairs department not CID in andhrapradesh.

So the present action/charge against Ramoji and his Daughter-in-law sustains in Law as yhe Hovt of didn't initiate ant action on his complaint.
