Cudi songs are all about that vibe man. You just sit back and chill and immerse in the total sound. The lyrics are more like an instrument than a statement, which makes it even more interesting when the lyrics mean something good like his little section about being in rehab.
Kid Cudi tweeted "Rap God Help" then Lil Wayne told Eminem about the tweet when he went on Wayne's podcast, couple weeks later this song came out.
