That was real good for 7 minutes Daniel, Your 7 hour owl looks absolutely great! Just a couple of tips, I noticed your chain was dull and put your carving on a stump that is at least knee height! Your block out or rough out will save you more time if you make less cuts. What I mean by that is figure out how many cuts you do for the block out and concentrate on just making those. Use your bigger saw on the blockout. Hope to see you out there carving some day MasterCarver stay safe
Thanks for your feedback! A higher stump is a useful tip and less cuts are also important for efficiency. The chain of this video was indeed completely new and unused - it just looks like it was dull because of the intense vertical cuts and the rather small power of the saw ;)
Hey, it is just fixed by screws: 1. Step: Screw a board on your log 2. Step: Place the log with the mounted board on the socket and screw the board on the socket Greetings from Germany :)
