A frustrating day on the Mersey

This week our fishing adventures took us to the river Mersey. I had been dying to fish Liverpool and the mistress that is the river Mersey. A very frustrating day but a lot learned about a new location and we can’t wait to get back to give it another

Oh well if there not there they are not there but you have to be there just in case better than sitting watching the box 😊

You need to be closer to ferry. The other side of that steps to the park. The water is deeper and faster. You also need fresh peeler and a cast of over 100m. I only fish max 2 hours before high. Its not deep enough until then. That's for hounds. Small worm baits for the rest.
