I had to laugh when you muttered "above and beyond" because I knew the moment you negotiated that rooftop that you were a professional and a perfectionist who doesn't know how to do "good enough", it' in your DNA to do it perfect! I don't consider this a transformation but rather a restoration! Based on all those brick bordered gardens and multiple flower pots, there was a time when this was a very well cared for property. You restored it from jungle to perfectly edged walkways! Bravo to you, you have a fan for life!!

I couldn’t believe the time and work u were willing to put into that overgrown property u said it had been 30 years it took u 6 days. Keep up the good wood. You deserve A plus the best.
People there nowadays put in themselves LAZINESS and complain there's hard life and no progress. Don't they know trashes and rubbishes attract misfortunes and negative vibes? No wonder they are not progressive. If it's my countrymen who have such properties and huge yards, they would be greatly thankful and maintain these. Likewise they will put up businesses at the start may not be huge but testing the market, would progress like putting up small store for home-cooked snacks like Pancit, Spaghetti, Lumpia, Vegetables viands and other sudden lacking items like laundry soap, bath soap, roll of tissue, onions, garlic. Make some flavored ice candies for kids (even adults) during summer or Halo-Halo. Opportunities are endless, for hardworking people, progress is within reach.
