I got news for you, Loads are double and triple brokered sometimes they broker it to themselves from one broker to another, one dispatcher to another. . You can always see where the load came from if you look a little deeper if you look at the truck stop it tells who the broker is and the rate they're trying to sell it off to you for which is way less than if you went to say tql yourself if they gave you a fat hole in to the Northeast you can bet they're going to cheat you on the way out you just got a deadhead out so they don't have a FREE truck to fill out bound. Special note here on when freight is tight they will cheat you if they have a lot of freight they will pay you. I know you snake charmers don't understand this. But if you deadhead out of Boston all the sudden they got too much damn freight up there and nobody that wants to haul it there's nothing wrong with leaving and picking up a load in Connecticut . I'd rather pick up a free load and get cheated and work for free for someone else to get all the money. . .
When running up north in winter buy howes ant jel to avoid a tow job and expensive thaw out repair. Half bottle in one tank half in other. One bitter cold night in January i was returning from a Chicago run back to Brampton Ontario of all our trucks on the road that night i was the only one not towed back to the yard. Thanks Howes anti gell.

I got my cameras 2 weeks ago. It doesn’t appear to be as bad as I thought it was going to be. It did start telling me I wasn’t wearing my seatbelt correctly and I was in heavy Chicago traffic. That kind of upset me cause I was trying to figure out why it was telling me that and I clearly had it on correctly as I was trying to keep my mind on traffic. That was distracting and a little dangerous.

jasmine, you're a beautiful soul my friend, I appreciate you showing the viewers your trucking vlogs.. stay safe out there on the road my friend, god bless you. happy new year 2025!!!
There is a reason i call them "Crime" as a driver they'll work you to death and pay little. As a lease driver theyll do everything they can to keep you from making money
I think your mind is telling you right Slimepack about cutting the load price. I also that they are doung the same here were i am leasing at. They show us load confirmations but they can always white out it and change they rate we just gotta make do with what we get. Keep grinding 💪🏼 ❤❤❤❤
Those fuel prices are crazy low… If your truck averaged 7mpg a 600 mile trip would only require 85 gallons of fuel and at $2.40/gallon your whopping total is $205. If you’re still not making money somehow then operating your own equipment is just not ever going to be your thing
Happy almost New Year, my friend. Mrs. Wolfie and I love you. We watch every video you make. Can't get enough. I don't understand the camera's on the inside. So if you are changing or eating or whatever, they can see you? Not understanding. That cam would be busted the first day in my truck. lol Be safe, girl friend,
She is leasing the truck so it should be her decision to have a company camera in her truck. Like I get it if she just signed up for the company and then in their leasing contract shows they include a camera she can decline but doing it after the fact is messed up with it
You neva get use to camera driver be harlarious wen dey say i even kno it's there yea ok in yo face. I will never work for a in cab facing camera company. I work at Amazon n it was annoying getting pinged for bs. Besides I kno I do stuff not approved of but guess wat 20yrs of driving no accident I must be doing something rite with out all this extra distraction stuff
What a lot of these companies don’t understand is it’s a 2 way street of trust it goes both ways. The driver and the company should put in equal trust to make sure the job gets done and gets done well. A driver has to put trust into the company ensuring they get paid on time, get good miles, get home when home time is requested etc etc, a company should put trust in a driver that they are doing the right thing at all times and won’t damage their equipment or anyone else’s by being distracted. These cameras are a big F YOU to us drivers basically saying no we don’t trust you, the driver WE HIRED we don’t trust you, so now we want full babysitter watch over mode on you. ALOT of drivers got into trucking for a couple of reasons a few being money, and 2nd the freedom of not having a boss over you 24/7, those cameras are now taking that away and a lot of companies are going to start losing drivers over it. If you can’t put FULL trust in the driver YOU HIRED to get the job done, well, and safely then Don’t hire them.
Hello Jasmine. You are a very good and safe driver. Keep doing what you do and it's going to be alright. I am not a trucker, but I have been in military command and control positions where all of our actions were recorded. We did our jobs and didn't worry about the recordings. We know what the companies are doing; they are making sure they can shift the blame to the drivers for any incident whether it the driver's fault or not. We know drivers cannot keep their eyes focused on the road ahead 100% of the time. Drivers have to constantly check mirrors for situational awareness and gauges for engine performance. Plus I know that looking around at the scenery while driving helps to keep me alert and focused. Are the cameras only on when the truck is rolling? ❤🙏
I drove by the prime owners house a few years ago. There's an arch over the entrance leading onto his property. He calls it Primeria, something like that. A very nice place. I'm sure 28% is plenty for the company. Happy trails!
I’m a truck driver for ups. We don’t have cameras facing inside but only outside not all the trucks have cameras. Union doesn’t allow for ups to record inside

Just be yourself, and be mindful of your duties. I hate them cameras too, hard brakes and staying in lane, seatbelt. Close those curtains always when changing, that i never trusted. I'm retired after 15 yrs.
I get it cause driving can get tough and especially when that money not right. Let's be real about it, no trucker is out here for the enjoyment...we're doing this to make money to take care of home.
This!! I can't tell you how many companies I've quit off the bs.. Like, don't play with my time and money. Y'all want us away 3 weeks at a time, but don't wanna pay correctly. Then they have 10 CVS receipts worth of rules, along with 50 page contracts.
Hey IDK where your camera is located, but if it's on your windshield, meaning the in cab one, that's facing you, just do like i did and pull your sun visor DOWN and leave it there and unhook it from outs cradle lock and let it hang down. Then flip it down to keep the sun or your eyes and it'll block the sun and the video camera from watching you in the face at least it'll stl catch your lower body but it can't catch facial.. 😉😉😉

You ain’t gotta hold the wheel with both hands. Once your eye is on the road, you can cook a meal on the dashboard while driving. Yeah maintenance always take the lock off but I be thinking they don’t lol.

I got use to the camera looking at me, it can be very uncomfortable especially if your having a private conversation but I just do my regular routine and sometimes I get a call cause my hair might’ve been blocking the seatbelt so they think I’m not wearing one or I took a sip of coffee and they don’t want you holding your cup for long 😂any time I’m stopped I cover the camera cause as a women you never know what creep is still watching even after you’ve been parked for 4 hours!! I’m not against the outside cameras but inside is just weird and no other profession has this bs
You’re probably getting a fraction of the actual load pay…they’re not going to show you the real numbers. If so, they wouldn’t be in this business to make money…but, that’s any company. Nowadays if you’re looking to make money as an O/O get your own authority and cut the middle man out as in the broker. Cameras in truck well I have one but, it’s only facing outward the road. Inward facing cameras have no justifiable purpose unless it’s per company policy not insurance purposes…otherwise all personal vehicles would have them for insurance policies.
Just out of curiosity, how many seasoned drivers or how many former prime drivers tried to talk you out of going to work for this outfit? I know a lot of drivers and I did my best to discourage them, but sometimes you just gotta let dreamers find out on their own. Happy trails ✌🏽❤️🙏🏽
Mine is always broken 😂 it dings my student who is my husband but not me. Maybe because he’s so much taller I don’t know, but now I gotta get it looked at again. It’s waiting my time….
I am a 2,000,000 mile driver at Swift” they asked would I have a camera in my truck? I told him no. “ I have been there close to 20 years and I do Walmart deliveries” I told my driver manager if the camera goes in my truck I will be looking for me a job” I already have 10 job offers lined up and none of those companies require cameras in the truck. Now I do have my personal camera in the truck that looks outside but no camera going inside of my truck that I am buying. I completed two lease purchase with Swift. I am on my third one.
I've been driving for Uber and Lyft for 4 years with almost 7,500 ridefare customers to date. Drivers use to average 80% of every ridefare until the algorithm was changed. Now, drivers may find up to 50% of fares going to the rideshare corporation😡
These trucking companies are uniting to black ball us drivers... i was being monitored, and had issues since ups freight back in 2017... difficult getting work, but I'm persistent, but they actually got me to Werner doing the hardest work, dollar general, and had me doing other things while they make bad reports about me. All i did was talk shit about this racist country and so forth. Long story short, i never said anything to anyone outside my truck alone, but i get no response from job applications while I'm a Veteran, clean record and cdl a clean. Smh. Becareful
Hello Doll I know what you going through im may be a new Slime pack dude but I drove 15.5 to 20 yrs and I understand how the delays I use to drive for GGG boys and for the Cardinal freight line and for TCW and local driving jobs im from that Augusta GA areas this is why so many new drivers quit their good paying jobs they don't put that long aggravating work in because they think that everything revolves around them and the whole thought process of waiting and being patient But since 1998 im sure everything has changed but the driving culture is probably the same as in that aspect but I learned hanging in there test you in so many ways to pass those test and keep moving and making that money truck driving is a job not a child's parenting class or day cate the harder you run the more money you keep making oh by the way I'm Carolina Joe yes the legendary Eastern runner who over came but now I'm retired from covid but I see yall winners out there doing yall thing my brother lives up tha road from you but im on SC nii peace amd blessings beyond measure stay safe and happy holidays and a great new year ❤❤❤
I been having my camera for about a month - it haven’t alerted me but 2 times - both times 4 wheelers cut closely in front of me speeding - maintain safe driving distance is all it said as they speed away
Just start a lease on a new truck then you will own it over time and not worry about the camera that what i would do if i was in your situation i have started the process with another trucking company by starting a lease program the best part the only camera that will be in my truck will be mine and it faces out not in good luck 😊
Ditto everything that's been stated about the cameras and Prime taking more than 28%. I believe it's the fact that cameras are facing inwards that's the problem.
No way would I work for a company that would put in a camera in my truck. It is an invasion of privacy. Also what would happen if you were changing clothes and forgot that camera was there? Prime will sooner or later have a driver that will file a lawsuit against them for this camera situation.
This was eventually going to happened When you least a truck from the company that you're driving for because the company will start pimping you . Leases the tractor from and outside dealer always!
I'm trying to figure out why the pic looks so weird when you're moving. Are you using the new camera, or your drone? Looks like it didn't show the full tractor when you were in motion.
Hey Slimepack. As an older man that have driven trucks for over 25years just never get to comfortably because there's are a lot of bad people's out there. And I think of you like my daughter. And she about your age. Stay safe and prayed up.
From what I've learned all these companies do it.They take off the top and then give you whatever's left over and still take that percentage just like brokers do
yeah but she's driving prime's trucks, prime is paying the insurance and fuel cost, workers comp, health insurance , 401k , paid pto and let's not forget about upkeep on the truck. she's lucky prime is not taking more.
Long as you ain’t got the phone in your hand. Safety ain’t gonna bother you. At least that’s my experience with the company I’m leased on to. Also seems like they give owner operators a lil more latitude
So, what about monitoring your dash gauges, mirrors or other instruments that requires brief status glances? Is Prime going to ding a driver for those actions?

I know a lot of drivers and I did my best to discourage them, but sometimes you just gotta let dreamers find out on their own. Happy trails
✌🏽❤️🙏🏽
Hey hon we are with you!🎉🎉😅
Mine is always broken 😂 it dings my student who is my husband but not me. Maybe because he’s so much taller I don’t know, but now I gotta get it looked at again. It’s waiting my time….
I know about 7 driver's that has worked for them and they don't Recommend to ever drive for them
I am a 2,000,000 mile driver at Swift” they asked would I have a camera in my truck? I told him no. “ I have been there close to 20 years and I do Walmart deliveries” I told my driver manager if the camera goes in my truck I will be looking for me a job” I already have 10 job offers lined up and none of those companies require cameras in the truck. Now I do have my personal camera in the truck that looks outside but no camera going inside of my truck that I am buying. I completed two lease purchase with Swift. I am on my third one.
You are really good 👍. I don't know if I could do what you do. I know what I have to do on my job isn't as easy as people think. I teach at a college.
Freymiller has cameras,,,but its sd stick...they only look at it if there is a incident
I've been driving for Uber and Lyft for 4 years with almost 7,500 ridefare customers to date. Drivers use to average 80% of every ridefare until the algorithm was changed. Now, drivers may find up to 50% of fares going to the rideshare corporation😡
Im headed to Norfolk, NE on friday. I had 7 stops total, you must delivered cheese? Thats what i have
These trucking companies are uniting to black ball us drivers... i was being monitored, and had issues since ups freight back in 2017... difficult getting work, but I'm persistent, but they actually got me to Werner doing the hardest work, dollar general, and had me doing other things while they make bad reports about me. All i did was talk shit about this racist country and so forth. Long story short, i never said anything to anyone outside my truck alone, but i get no response from job applications while I'm a Veteran, clean record and cdl a clean. Smh. Becareful
Is that a dash cam, or is it looking at you?.. if it's the latter, f that noise....
Hello Doll I know what you going through im may be a new Slime pack dude but I drove 15.5 to 20 yrs and I understand how the delays I use to drive for GGG boys and for the Cardinal freight line and for TCW and local driving jobs im from that Augusta GA areas this is why so many new drivers quit their good paying jobs they don't put that long aggravating work in because they think that everything revolves around them and the whole thought process of waiting and being patient But since 1998 im sure everything has changed but the driving culture is probably the same as in that aspect but I learned hanging in there test you in so many ways to pass those test and keep moving and making that money truck driving is a job not a child's parenting class or day cate the harder you run the more money you keep making oh by the way I'm Carolina Joe yes the legendary Eastern runner who over came but now I'm retired from covid but I see yall winners out there doing yall thing my brother lives up tha road from you but im on SC nii peace amd blessings beyond measure stay safe and happy holidays and a great new year ❤❤❤
I been trucking 55 yrs, I don't go anywhere I can't be home in 10 hours or less, the farther you go to less it pays
I been having my camera for about a month - it haven’t alerted me but 2 times - both times 4 wheelers cut closely in front of me speeding - maintain safe driving distance is all it said as they speed away
Keep bending over 😂😂
Just start a lease on a new truck then you will own it over time and not worry about the camera that what i would do if i was in your situation i have started the process with another trucking company by starting a lease program the best part the only camera that will be in my truck will be mine and it faces out not in good luck 😊
Hey 👋 how are you feeling today? Always love your videos 😍😍😍
👍Jas., I'm giving only words of Wisdom, continue your journey, your Spirit is something Special, so continue to be JASMINE, the nation love you 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Ray Charles could see this was a bad idea especially with prime they will never let a person finish a lease a purchase in order to steal from them
Happy New Year❤
You can do it Jas
sad to think company's don't trust drivers enough they need inward facing cameras
Ask to see rate confirmation for Broker or agent they have to show all that information.
1200 dollars for 500 miles and spend 2 or 3 days to deliver and then pay fuel on top of that, 😮
And 1500 fixed cost a week for truck, insurance
Hey Slimepack. As an older man that have driven trucks for over 25years just never get to comfortably because there's are a lot of bad people's out there. And I think of you like my daughter. And she about your age. Stay safe and prayed up.
I honestly believe she’s strapped up and ready. Ain’t nobody gon mess with her. 😂
Landstar kinda got caught years ago on taking extra money. They took 2% off the top for some reason they made up.
Are you okay beautiful lady ❤❤❤❤
"i fel like im in trouble" 😂😂🤣🤣 to funny
You are a great driver
You can get it done
Long as you ain’t got the phone in your hand. Safety ain’t gonna bother you. At least that’s my experience with the company I’m leased on to. Also seems like they give owner operators a lil more latitude
Lol. Them loads used to pay at least 3k before it all went to he'll @prime
100% agree with you I’m still there
So, what about monitoring your dash gauges, mirrors or other instruments that requires brief status glances? Is Prime going to ding a driver for those actions?
Cameras follow your eyes .somif they see you not looking forward for for a couple of seconds.itll say that your "distracted "

That windy wind, sure is doing a lot of winding
Hey jasmine, I know you will git over the camera. Just stay safe out there .
Yeah… why is it that every time someone does something wrong, everybody else got to pay for it🤷🏿♂️
You're on candid camera 📷! Watch it.
