Impiana Private Villas, Kata Noi

Located off the coast of Kata Noi Phuket, the Impiana Private Villas are an extension of an existing line of the hotels by Impiana Group. Pentago was commissioned to design eight luxury villas that were both for the owner’s private use and for the exclusive use of the hotel’s VIP guests.
The villas were built on the existing solid rock of the coast to maximise the scenic view and privacy. Up to two- thirds of the existing landscape was utilised to hide the building inside the hill-face. In using natural materials such as rock and stone, the villas blended into the coast and became very much part of the scenery. Each suite was placed on the hillside with its own pool and private view of the ocean, retaining an air of exclusivity despite the compact site.
