To me it isn't hard to simply answer with clear responses to that type of questioning. She knows time is limited and she doesn't want to get pinned down on any answer for whatever reason good or bad. She could maintain all credibility and respect by simply saying something to the effect of "We can make some public and some private" or "We don't have a plan for that yet but we will absolutely address the issue and report back at a later date". Questions where he asks does she believe that consumers should be educated and the responsibilities around that aren't hard to answer. She can say simply and clearly yes consumers need to be educated and we'll work to provide them with the best materials for them to be able to make the best judgments for themselves or something similar to that. At least this is how used to be up until around the mid 1980s. I have friends who were in the lending industry from about 1990 through 2009 and they were pretty high up in management. One told me they had said to their boss that they were always unsure about the loans they were making as to whether or not they were good loans. Their boss said, and this reflects how the banks and lending industry sees the average consumer, "You are never going to make a perfect loan. You will either going to loan them too much money and they will default on the loan or you will lend them too little money and they will eventuality be able to pay it off.". This means in the eyes of the banks and lending institutions the perfect loan is for just enough to put you into debt without you going bankrupt but in deep enough you will never pay it off forever being their slave. This by its very nature is not ethical or moral way of doing business and is not good for America. You will either going to loan them too much money and they will default on the loan or you will lend them too little money and they will eventuality be able to pay it off.". This means in the eyes of the banks and lending institutions the perfect loan is for just enough to put you into debt without you going bankrupt but in deep enough you will never pay it off forever being their slave. This by its very nature is not ethical or moral way of doing business and is not good for America.
