There are 4-8 Tagalog dialects not only one, You speak Manila variant of Tagalog (Filipino), yes, it's so easy, I will give you an example of another words from other Tagalog dialect, Batangan-Tagalog, Ala ehh! ako'y yayao na! which means I'm leaving!.
