I mean thats not a problem just you might need to let the biceps to stretch more before you do any straight arm work, i have a little bit and i need to do it abit but not too much
@@conlangknow8787 I have too much Hypermobility and when i do straight arms exercises i cant extend them full (With some exceptions) .
@@conlangknow8787 yeah. It's the same for me. Conditioning your bicep tendons with light weights can help. You have to make sure that your elbows do not rest in that position. We need to improve stability.

A problem with the circus guy when he is doing straddle push ups with the thick bands and now I see later on he is being told........he is not leaning forward.
just have to focus on planche and will be very strong

He did the same as me. That what is mean to do my workout😊
@@andrystrong1 that doesn’t make sense. He’s not at the same level as you. a good coach and teacher is going to be smarter with peoples level and giving them sets they can do without completely burning out.
this is far more inspiring to see then just giving someone a bunch of shit they can’t complete.
