    Somehow the clip at the beginning of making the bread where I put in the water didn't make it into the video. 😔🤦‍♀️ I used 1 1/4 cup (295ml) and it was the first thing I added to my KitchenAid bowl.

    When you place the bread on the rack to cool, if you turn it over to its side before cutting, you'll see the rack lines as a guide to cutting even slices. The rack indents the bread slightly and I cut it on its side to follow the lines.❤

    Ok, I watched this video last night mi had enough egg white powder to make 5 mason jar mixes instead of 10. I made little mini mixes of the yolk and butter powder next to them. I made the bread this morning. Two things I noticed compared to the other versions I’ve made….first..it didn’t deflate….at all! Second, it had great texture…light and airy…made a grilled cheese sandwich (preheated the cheese and cooked the bread on low due to the allulose browning really fast). Gave my hubby a bite….he said it tastes just like bread and he never eats any of my “weird food” as he calls it! I’ll be having it as garlic bread tomorrow night with my spaghetti dinner (made with Chris Cooking Nashville’s pasta recipe. Thank you for your perseverance in perfecting these recipes. I know you work hard at it. I appreciate your work 🩷

    Making your bread recipe is a zen sort of thing for me. I enjoy getting up very early so I will have a peaceful place to work by myself, make coffee, then begin making the bread.
    Gathering up the ingredients had me running around the kitchen all the time. I feel lazy about ingredient gathering when cooking or baking so I have simply placed all my bread making ingredients into one box and by now pretty much have the quantities and procedure memorized - unless I have not made it in a while.
    I take out all the ingredients and as I use an ingredient I place the it back into my bread making box. 😊
    Most recipes tell you how long it takes to make and bake but never how long it takes to gather up and get the ingredients ready.😂

    You Rock Nili!! Thank You & Bless You & Yours SO much!! You are legend!!
    I have been making individual baggies of the dry stuff You add at first for just such convenience.

    I wondered about mixing everything together and if ingredients would separate or sink. I liked your sharing that some individuals are mixing Ingredients and placing them into individual mason jars for storage.
    I too have the plastic OXO pop lock top storage containers but hesitated wondering if those storage containers are really securely air tight. I had concerned that moisture might wick into one of the ingredients more readily and cause complications.
    Well, we are adding moisture when we add the water. Seems like it would not make a difference.🤷🏻‍♀️
    Thanks for developing this batch method with ingredients you feel give you the best results. ❤

      For me: This recipe + yeast (part of her yeast bread recipe, i always make) You dont have to let the bread rise for an hour to receive the yeasty flavor but for me it adds to the hight of the final bread result after baking - aka it shrinks lesser when cooled.

    can you add bamboo fibre to this to give it a more bread texture. i just think that this seems to be just a méringue! there seems to be no flours of any type. have you tried this recipe with any flours folded in maybe also some psyllium husk?

    • @seashel54
      @seashel54 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I like to use psyllium powder (not husk; tried it once but it didn't work) for the fibre content, instead of Arrowroot (as I need fibre and not carbs). If you add any kind of flour you are changing it from a virtually NO CARB bread to a bread with carbs.

      She has a liquid egg white recipe on her website, just take al the dry ingredients for thet recipe x10 and store that in a bag/jar. Devide the total weight of the dry ingredients and you have your own premade mix. ( same rules for butter and other fat based products, they are added only after you whipped your egg whites.)
