COMPLETELY AGREE! That area is my favorite part of Marietta too! Yes, new construction is slow around there (and most of metro Atlanta). It used to be happening faster when interest rates were 3%, and buyers were everywhere. Now that rates are higher, builders are struggling a little and building less.
