In preamble part You have mentioned that in keshvananda bharti case 1973, preamble plays an important role in the interpretation of constitution, but actually it was Berubari Union case, 1960 in which SC propounded that it helps in interpretation of constitution ad srill not the part of the constitution. Keshavanda bharti case included its objective in basic structure doctrine
The Keshvananada Bharati case has been mentioned as the court held that given the important interpretative role of the Preamble, it is a part of the Constitution. Only the cases that lead to consolidation of Preamble being a part of Constitution have been mentioned for revision as it’s a crash course lecture not a detailed one :)
Doubts.. 1.Is jury system still practiced in India ?(Mughe jitna pta Parsi community me divorse related cases me use hota h..but Pre me aaye to Kya Karna h?) 2.Is Right to compensation still guaranteed Under part 3rd of constitution, though the Fundamental right to property has been abolished?
No to jury system as it’s not a part of India’s formal legal system of courts. Secondly, your right to compensation now however is merely a legal right which can be easily changed through a normal legislation which is fair and reasonable. In case of any issues you can’t directly approach Supreme Court.
