My R34 GT-R Goes RB30 (1000hp OEM Crank) Part 1

Part 1 of this video features Anthony from @dahtone_racing putting together our bottom end. All with @nittoperformanceengineering internals and a @platinumracingproducts brace. I Opted for the 26/30 with the 1000HP Stock crank package that @dahtone_racing offers. I am so pleased to see these pieces finally come together as this has something we've planned for such a long time. Earlier this year we had sent the block to get machined and prepped. check it out!

I think the stock rb30 comes without internal cast-in bracing. I am new to car community so this question might be silly to you, that purple metal plate like something is the internal cast-in bracing right?

The brace is to give the block extra rigidity because AWD RB blocks are known to crack at high power with the diff hanging off the right side.

God I hope not. Those things suck. At the very least he should have the Nitto 7075 billet oil pump.

Hey there. Anthony uses different engine mounts to allow the RB30 to clear the factory bonnet.

Most of the guys here like to use the Nitto crank. I highly recommend it.
