I've seen this kind of tool at some brands in general the kind that produce very cheap tools like ParkSide, I think not even Einhell has it so only very cheap brands produce this kind of tool that seems to me rather like an improvised tool.
I agree, It serves a basic purpose for those looking for something simple & cheap to help them with some "polishing" but it's most certainly not a good quality cordless polisher, or very versatile. Not something hobby detailers would spend money on. The shape makes it very restrictive as well. Things like the Rupes mini & nano are better purpose designed examples. I just thought it be a fun thing to take apart as they are literally all over eBay & Amazon.... Anyway, thanks for watching the video!
@@toolteardown Well, it was interesting to see what's inside, but about 80% of you will find the same components as a 12V drill driver. P.S. There are bit adapters to use polishing pads with a normal drill driver, and you will get essentially the same device. :)
I burn these out for fun. I buy again Amazon. I return month later. They cost £40. They’re only for mini scratches not panels. And they’re fine for that
