The question I have is does the chart hold true for rear motor kits? Most kits today are mid and these varying balances will be affected by that. I have a rear motor kit and wanted to know if I chose the 49% front and 51% rear will that also give me the suggested kit behavior response?

I have a question: when I shift the weight to the rear the car becomes difficult to drive on straight sections. This affects your accuracy when entering the next curve. The car tends to go left and right when you are full throttle and sit on the suspension. what would you recommend to act on? downstop, suspension oil, springs etc etc? Thanks 👍🏿

      Hi,
so normally when your car is not tweaked or bent in any way, it should not go left and right on the straight only because of a 51% rearward weight balance! I never had issues like that to be honest!

@@patrickbeckrc2113 Thanks for the reply. when the weight back and forth and 50% does not go left and right. if I shift the weight (51%) to the rear it unfortunately becomes unstable. I'll do some tests to remedy this. thanks again and congratulations because your videos always have something useful for us. 👍🏿

Is it not important to have the body on the car when measuring the load on the scales?

almost nobody is doing it with body and even if you do, there is nothing really changing at all (just try). And when the aero of the body starts to work on track it will be different again so just don’t worry about it :-)
