Hey S.B.. Its your travel nurse. Just catching up on your videos. "We need to Return to Office, ' Says CEO Who Exclusively Works From Fancy Main Homes and Multiple Vacation Homes and having the gull to tell employees get back into the office. My only question in the return to office meeting is, "Did telework /remote work/virtual work reduce our agency productivity. Pro: Returning to the office is a lack of flexibility and can clash with diverse lifestyles, schedules and responsibilities. Remote work granted employees the autonomy to structure their workdays according to their preference and circumstances. Con: Some companies will threaten to fire employees who don't comply with in- office requirements. I think the persistence of remote work is evident and this trend is not going away anytime soon.
What's up!! Hope all is well with you! And I hear where your coming from but working in this industry and being in the meetings.. its done, at least for these mega corporations they no longer need to compromise there's 100's of people waiting and willing to come into the office for a job if one decides to quit there job for that reason. But I'm always willing to hope as well!

This is an example of terrible, short-term decision making typically seen in Day 2 companies who only care about appeasing shareholders. The thing is, some people did sign up to be fully remote. This isn't about innovation or collaboration, this is about laying people off without actually having to lay people off and pay severance. We're going to see a ton of top performers, who can stand on their own two feet in this job market, leave.
If that’s not bad enough, I’m at a FC in Riverside, Ca. today we have gone back to wearing a mask.🤦🏻♀️Due to a high increase of covid cases. However, night shifts don’t have to wear a mask.🤷🏻♀️

About two years ago, many companies, including my own, tried pushing employees back to the office. There was significant pushback and they retracted. The difference now is, unemployment is slowly ticking up and there is a lot more uncertainty. So I think the pushback will be significantly less and the back to the office will go through.
There's 100's of people who are waiting for a corporate job willing to go work in office for every person that's willing to quit because it. There's countless videos floating on the net of people in the corporate filed literally crying because they've put in countless numbers of apps and nothing, we're in a new time.

Amazon really needs to layoff a lot more employees and right size their company like the rest of tech needs to do. Way too many useless employees working on money losing projects that are essentially bad idea projects

Yea I seen it with the press release of the RTO just wanted to give it its own video I thought that was pretty big news and will def. interesting to see how it plays out, that video should be dropping tomorrow.
