When I landed in Cebu, I gave the luggage helper 1000P. He was so shocked and thankful and said he could feed his family for a week with that. It means so much to them, but its easy for me. I wanted to go back to the ATM to give him more because he was so super helpful. Make sure to tip your helpers, they aren't paid by the airport, they only survive on the tips you give them.

Most people are very helpful, so they definitely deserve a reward for their hard work and kindness.
The tipping culture is getting out of hand, if you could use your platform to ask governments to help boost the living wage that would be more appreciated than tipping out to a few.

Europe, Latin America , Asian countries and in the US like NY, CA, Vegas , you have to give tips by percentage and if you didn't give enough tips , you'll be followed when you go outside after you paid the bils... In the Phil. we usually eat ia resto or hotels , they will not ask for tips , but for me ,take into considerations the excellent service they did to you ,I give tips and sometimes I gave more ...!!!❤🤞
