Speaking of praying outloud or in silent depending on where you are. I really LOVE praying in my thoughts when I lay down to fall asleep. It adds up so quick. It's very therapeutic as well. Instead of worrying or anything else, you're building on the Kingdom and helping people.
I just think of something that needs prayers and think Jesus name over and over or think God bless, over and over.
Sometimes I think about whatever God wants me to pray about most, and pray for that, even though I have no idea what it might be.
So comforting and encouraging, I absolutely love it. Thank you my beautiful Joyce 😊🤗😘💕💕💕

There is Hope and Love, which can only be found in Jesus. God has a purpose for you now. He sees, knows, and understands the pain from your past. God doesn't see your scars from your past, whether you made mistakes or decisions where made for you. What God sees is your Beauty. He sees you as fearfully and wonderfully made.
